SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ախուրյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ «Գյումրու Մ.Նալբանդյանի անվան պետական մանկավարժական ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ում շրջանավարտներից խաբեությամբ գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ. հետախուզում է հայտարարվել ինստիտուտի նախկին պրոռեկտորի նկատմամբ:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից։
Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2012-2016թթ. ուսումնական տարիների ընթացքում շրջանավարտներին հատկացվող դիպլոմները և դրանց միջուկները պատվիրելու և հատկացնելու պատրվակով 3529 շրջանավարտից խաբեության եղանակով գումար են վերցրել, թեև այդ նպատակով գումար է դուրս գրված եղել, իսկ շրջանավարտներից հավաքված գումարը առերևույթ հափշտակվել է:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ հափշտակված գումարի չափը կազմում է 19.409.500 ՀՀ դրամ:
Քրեական գործով բավարար տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել «Գյումրու Մ. Նալբանդյանի անվան պետական մանկավարժական ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի նախկին պրոռեկտոր` Ա. Ֆարմանյանի առնչության վերաբերյալ: Վերջինս ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել հետախուզում: Նախկին պրոռեկտորի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը հստակեցնելու ուղղությամբ:
