ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հերքել է իր կապը Մխչյան գյուղի նախկին մեխանիկա-վերանորոգման գործարանի տարածքից ԱԱԾ-ի աշխատակիցների հայտնաբերված ապօրինի զենքի հետ: Այժմ ստուգվում է խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերված զենքերի ձեռքբերման աղբյուրները և դրանց` 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ին և 2-ին գործադրված լինելու հանգամանքը:
«Ես այդ զենքի և տարածքի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեմ և տեղյակ չեմ, թե զենքը, որի մասին Ազգային Անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից հազորդագրություն տարածվեց, ինչպես է հայտնվել այնտեղ», - ասել է ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, հայտնում է Hayeli.am-ը:
Աբրահամյանը նաեւ հերքել է ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված այն պնդումը, թե տարածքը, որտեղից հայտնաբերվել է ապօրինի զենքը, փաստացի ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին է պատկանում, սակայն Ամբիկ Գևորգյանի անվամբ է ձևակերպված: «Այն Ամբիկ Գևորգյանին է պատկանում, ես դրա փաստացի սեփականատերը չեմ: Ես ո՛չ այդ տարածքի, ո՛չ էլ այդ զենքի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեմ», - պնդել է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
Նա նաև հաստատել է հրապարկված այն տեղեկատվությունը, թե ինքը «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով կանչվել է հարցաքննության. «Այո, հարցաքննություն եղել է, բայց ես տեղյակ չեմ, թե այդ զենքն ինչպես է հայտնվել այդ տարածքում»:
Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հավելել է, որ որոշ շահագրգիռ անձանց խորհուրդ է տալիս չշտապել և չոգևորվել, սպասել քննության արդյունքներին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԱԾ-ի մամուլի կենտրոնը, ստացված տվյալների հիման վրա, 2018թ. օգոստոսի 6-ին և 7-ին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների և ՀՔԾ քննիչների կողմից ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Մխչյան գյուղի նախկին մեխանիկա-վերանորոգման գործարանի տարածքում իրականացված խուզարկության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է ապօրինի պահվող զենք և ռազմամթերք, այդ թվում` 3 հատ ձեռքի գնդացիր, 7 հատ «ԱԿ-74» տեսակի ինքնաձիգ, 2 հատ «ՍՎԴ» տեսակի դիպուկահար հրացան, 3 հատ տարբեր տեսակի հրացաններ, 2 հատ ատրճանակ և ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող տարբեր տրամաչափի մեծ քանակությամբ փամփուշտներ:
Ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն և ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և պահելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են Ամբիկ Գևորգյանն ու Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի եղբայրը` Հենրիկ Աբրահամյանը:
