ՀՔԾ պետը չի բացառում, որ մարտի 1-ի գործով լինեն մինչ այժմ չդիտարկված այլ փաստաթղթեր ու վկայություններ
SOCIETYՀատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը չի բացառում, որ մարտի 1-ի գործով նոր փաստաթղթեր ու վկայություններ ի հայտ կգան։
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում նա նշեց, որ գործը քննվում է՝ իր բոլոր հանգամանքներով։ «Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ այնպիսի կարևոր փաստաթուղթ, ինչպիսին 0038 հույժ գաղտնի հրամանն է, նախաքննության այս 10,5 տարվա ընթացքում նախաքննության մարմնի կողմից փորձ չէր արվել հայտնաբերելու, գործին կցելու ու դրա շուրջ քննություն իրականացնելու, դուք արդեն պատկերացրեք, որ մենք ունենք կասկածներ, որ կան այլ փաստաթղթեր, այլ վկայություններ ևս։ Ներկայում մեծ ծավալի քննչական գործողություններ են կատարվում, բնականաբար, նոր տուժողներ էլ կլինեն»,-ասաց ՀՔԾ պետը։
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե նախկինում մեղադրված անձանցից քանիսն են ներկայում տուժող ճանաչվել՝ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը դժվարացավ պատասխանել, միայն նշեց, որ այսօր առկա է միտում, որ ի հայտ են գալիս նոր տուժողներ։ «Մարդիկ, ովքեր ժամանակին վախենալով քրեական հետապնդումներից նույնիսկ չեն հայտնել իրենց մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու մասին, այսօր դիմում են և տուժողի դատավարական կարգավիճակ են ստանում, հայտնում են գործի մասին իրենց ունեցած ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը»,-նշեց պաշտոնյան։
Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը հուլիսի 27-ին որոշում է կայացել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին երկու ամսով կալանավորելու մասին: Նա մեղադրվում է 2008 թվականին սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ: Նույն արարքի մեջ մեղադրվում են նաև 2008-ին պաշտպանության փոխնախարար, այժմ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը և Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Միքայել Հարությունյանը։ Հարությունյանը հետախուզման մեջ է, Խաչատուրովը ազատ է արձակվել 5 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց։ Մարտի 1-ի գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաև 2008-ին ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Արմեն Գևորգյանին՝ արդարադատության իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու համար։
