Տուլայի մարզում վթարված ավտոբուսի 12 տուժածները դեռևս բուժում կստանան ՌԴ-ում

 Մոսկվա-Երևան ավտոբուսի վթարից տուժած քաղաքացիների մի մասն ու զոհվածների աճյունները նոյեմբերի 5-ին կտեղափոխվեն Հայաստան և այստեղ կլինեն տեղի ժամանակով 20:00-ին:Այս մասին լրագրողներ ի հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի փոխնախարար Արթուր Առաքելյանը: Նրա խոսքով` Հայաստան կտեղափոխվեն այն քաղաքացիները, որոնց առողջական վիճակը թույլ է տալիս, իսկ 12 այլ տուժածներ դեռևս կմնան Ռուսաստանում` բուժումը շարունակելու Տուլայի մարզի հիվանդանոցներում: «Այս պահին դեռևս անհրաժեշտություն չկա այդ  հիվանդներին այլ բժշկական հաստատություններ տեղափոխելու»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է վթարի մեղավորներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հարցին, ապա Արթուր Առաքելյանը նշեց, որ ընթանում է հետաքննություն, որի ավարտին համապատասխան վերլուծություններ կարվեն: «Ստացել ենք հանձնարարություն առաջարկություններ անել ուղևորափոխադրումների ոլորտին բերաբերող օրենսդրության փոփոխության համար: Շուտով, երբ ավարտվի հետաքննությունը, բացահայտվեն պատճառները, դրանից ելնելով համապաստապան հետևություններ կարվեն»,-նշեց փոխնախարարը` ավելացնելով, որ ներկայում ուղևորափոխադրումների ոլորտը ավելի ազատական է, բայց նախատեսում է փոփոխությունների արդյունքում խստացնել վերահսկողության մեխանիզմները: «Մենք շարժվել էինք առավել լիբերալ կանոնների հաստատմամբ, այդ օրենսդրությունը կես տարի է շրջանառվում է, բայց կարծում ենք, որ պետք է վերահսկողությունն ավելացնենք, բայց դեռ սպասում ենք հետաքննության արդյունքներին»,-հավելեց նա:

Արթուր Առաքելյանի դիտարկմամբ` երբ ավելացվում է վերահսկողությունը, մեծանում է ճնշումը բիզնեսի վրա, որի արդյունքում էլ շատանում են բողոքները, բայց ներկայում փորձում են գտնել հավասարակշռված տարբերակ, որը թույլ կտա առավել անվտանգ դարձնել ոլորտը:

Նոյեմբերի 3-ին` ժամը 04.44-ին ՌԴ ԱԻՆ ԱՃԿԿ-ից տեղեկատվություն է ստացվել, որ ժամը 03.08-ինՄ-4 դաշնային ավտոճանապարհի 220-րդ կմ-ում՝ Տուլայի տարածաշրջանի Ուզլովսկի շրջանիԻլյինկա գյուղի մոտակայքում Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղու «Կինգ Դելյուքս» ՍՊԸ տրանսպորտայինընկերությանը պատկանող «Higer» մակնիշի 510 OP 61 պետհամարանիշով ավտոբուսը դեռևսչբացահայտված հանգամանքներում դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի մասից և շրջվել: ՃՏՊ-ի հետևանքով զոհվել է ՀՀ 8 քաղաքացի, տուժել է ևս 43-ը:
