Մերի Մարգարյանի գործով մեղադրվող երկու բժիշկների վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը ուղարկվել է դատարան
SOCIETYԵրևան քաղաքի դատախազության դատախազի որոշմամբ հաստատվել է ծննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանին բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնելիս իրենց մասնագիտական պարտականությունները ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվող երկու բժիշկների վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորված է համարվել, որ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը, հանդիսանալով «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնի հերթապահ մանկաբարձ-գինեկելոգ, 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին բարձր ջերմության, մարմնի թուլության, ձախ գոտկային շրջանի ցավեր ախտորոշումով հոսպիտալացրել է հղի Մերի Մարգարյանին: 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 27-ին` գիշերը ժամը 04.00-ին, Մերի Մարգարյանի մոտ արձանագրված՝ նախորդ հետազոտությունների արդյունքների համեմատությամբ բացասական դինամիկայի և նրա ոչ բավարար վիճակի պայմաններում Տիգրան Սարգսյանը և վերջինիս կողմից հիվանդին զննելու համար հրավիրված հերթապահ անեսթեզիոլոգ-ռեանիմատոլոգ Արամ Գրիգորյանը, հիվանդի դիտումը կատարելուց հետո որևէ նշանակում չեն կատարել, չեն կատարել տվյալ իրավիճակում անհրաժեշտ լրացուցիչ հետազոտություններ, որոնց արդյունքները կարող էին վկայել հիվանդի մոտ զարգացող բազմաօրգանային անբավարարության, հնարավորինս շուտ կեսարյան հատման միջոցով ծննդալուծում կատարելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, ինչը կարող էր կանխել HELLP համախտանիշի զարգացումը:
Այսինքն, Տիգրան Սարգսյանը և Արամ Գրիգորյանը, հանդիսանալով բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող անձինք, 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 27-ին բժշկական օգնությունը և սպասարկումը կազմակերպելու ժամանակ, «Բնակչության բժշկական և սպասարկման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 19-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ պարտավոր լինելով Մերի Վաղինակի Մարգարյանին ցուցաբերել անհետաձգելի, առաջին բժշկական օգնություն, ինչպես նաև ապահովել ցուցաբերվող բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման քանակական և որակական բնութագրիչների համապատասխանությունը սահմանված չափանիշներին, իրենց մասնագիտական պարտականությունների նկատմամբ անփույթ և անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունքի հետևանքով դրանք իրականացրել են ոչ պատշաճ, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է բուժվող հիվանդի` Մերի Մարգարյանի, այնուհետև վերջինիս նորածին դստեր` Մարիա Հարությունյանի մահը:
Տիգրան Ռուդիկի Սարգսյանին և Արամ Վաչագանի Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:
2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ին քրեական գործը հաստատված մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:
