Դժվար է խոսել խնդիրների մասին, սակայն երբեմն, երբ ինչ-որ մեկը կոտրում է սառույցը, ավելի հեշտ է լինում բացվելն ու կիսվելը։ Եվ չնայած աշխարհի բնակչության ամեն 4 մարդուց մեկը տառապում է մտավոր կամ նյարդաբանական խնդիրներից, այն շարունակում է անհարմար թեմա լինել, որի մասին ոչ ոք չի համարձակվում խոսել։

Աշխարհահռչակ այս հայտնիները հասարակայնորեն ընդունել են, որ մտավոր առողջության խնդիրներ ունեն, որ օգնություն են փնտրել և ցանկություն են հայտնել, որ նմանատիպ խնդիրներից տառապող մյուս մարդիկ նույնպես բուժման համար օգնության դիմեն։

 12  Լեոնարդո Դի Կապրիո, կպչուն-սևեռուն խանգարում 

Լեոնարդու Դի Կապրիոն երեխա ժամանակ տառապել է կպչուն-սևեռուն խանգարումից, և «Ավիատոր» ֆիլմի նկարահանումներն արթնացրեցին այս հիվանդությունը։

Հիշում եմ, որ իմ դիմահարդարն ու օգնականը, ովքեր ինձ ուղեկցում էին նկարահանումների ժամանակ, ասացին. «Օ՜հ, մեզ 10 րոպե պետք կլինի նրան այնտեղ հասցնելու համար, որովհետև նա պետք է բարձրանա դրա վրա, ձեռք տա դռանը և ներս մտնի ու նորից դուրս գա»։ Դա ինձ սարսափելի նյարդայնացնում էր, ու դա ամիսներ շարունակվեց դեռ ֆիլմի նկարահանումներից հետո, և մինչև հիմա էլ այդ զգացողություններն արթնանում են, երբ մտածում եմ դրա մասին։

Ես գիտեի, որ ավելի լավ կզգայի, երբ ասեի, որ օգնության կարիք ունեմ, և ես վճռական էի տրամադրված լավանալու համար։ Սակայն միայն այդ բառերն արտասանել կարողանալն արդեն իսկ հանգստություն էր ինձ համար։

 10  Դեմի Լովատո, մանիակալ-դեպրեսիվ պսիխոզ 

Հիշում եմ՝ իմ մենեջերի ու ընտանիքի անդամների հետ նստած զրուցում էինք եղանակի մասին, նաև այն ամենի մասին, ինչի միջով ես անցնում էի։ Ես գիտեի, որ երկու տարբերակ կար. ես կա՛մ կարող էի իմ խնդիրների մասին խոսել կլինիկայում և հույս ունենալ, որ այն կանցնի, կա՛մ կարող էի խոսել այդ մասին ավելի բաց ու ոգեշնչել մյուսներին նույնպես պայքարել իրենց խնդիրների դեմ. և ես հենց այդպես էլ արեցի։ 

 9  Բրեդ Փիթ, դեպրեսիա

Ժամանակին ես պայքարում էի դեպրեսիայի դեմ, սակայն հիմա՝ ոչ. ոչ այս տասնամյակում, երևի նախորդ տասնամյակում։ Ինչևէ, սա նաև ինքդ քեզ հասկանալու հնարավորություն է։ Ես դա որպես կրթություն եմ դիտարկում, ինչպես ուսումնական տարվա կիսամյակը։ Այդ կիսամյակում ես դեպրեսիայից էի սովորում շատ բաներ։ Ես ամեն գիշեր նույն բանն էի պարապում ու ինքս ինձ բթացնում քնելու աստիճան։ Չէի համբերում, թե երբ պետք է տուն հասնեմ ու թաքնվեմ։
