Տեղի են ունեցել ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ «Կանայք, խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն» խորագրով բանաձևի հիման վրա մշակված ազգային ծրագրի հանրային քննարկումները
SOCIETYՕգոստոսի 3-ին կայացան ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի «Կանայք, խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն» խորագրով 1325 բանաձևի հիման վրա մշակված ազգային ծրագրի հանրային քննարկումները, որոնք կազմակերպվել էին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կողմից։ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի N 1325 բանաձևի դրույթների իրականացման գործողությունների ազգային ծրագրի նախագծի մշակման միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի անդամներից բացի քննարկմանը հրավիրված էին մասնակցելու շուրջ 70 հասարակական կազմակերպություններ։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտգործնախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, միջոցառմանը բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների վարչության պետ, ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի N 1325 բանաձևի դրույթների իրականացման գործողությունների ազգային ծրագրի նախագծի մշակման միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վահրամ Կաժոյանը, ով նշեց, որ բանաձևը ինստիտուցիոնալ առումով անդրադառնում է կանանց նկատմամբ զինված հակամարտությունների ազդեցությանը, զինված հակամարտությունների կանխարգելման, կարգավորման և խաղաղաշինության գործընթացին կանանց ներգրավմանը: Բանաձևը վերաբերում է հակամարտությունների կանխարգելմանն ու լուծմանը, խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցություններին, խաղաղապահության, խաղաղաշինության, մարդասիրական այլ առաքելություններին, ինչպես նաև հետկոնֆլիկտային շրջանում վերականգնողական գործողություններում կանանց կարևոր դերակատարության հարցերին:
ԱԳՆ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների վարչության մարդու իրավունքների և հումանիտար հարցերի բաժնի պետ Կարինե Սուջյանը ներկայացրեց բանաձևի հիման վրա ազգային ծրագրի մշակման նպատակով ստեղծված միջգերատեսչական խմբի կողմից աշխատանքները, անդրադարձավ 1325 բանաձևի հիմնական ուղղություններին՝ կանխարգելում (prevention), պաշտպանություն (protection), մասնակցություն (participation) և օժանդակություն ու վերականգնում (relief and recovery):
Քննարկման մասնակիցների կողմից նշվեց, որ նման քննարկումների նպատակը հասարակական և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին նախագծի մանրամասների մասին իրազեկելն ու հետագա լրամշակման աշխատանքներին մասնակից դարձնելն է։
Նշվեց, որ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ 1325 բանաձևի դրույթների իրականացման վերաբերյալ գործողությունների ծրագիրը Հայաստանի կողմից դիտվում է որպես ազգային մեխանիզմ՝ հասարակական կյանքն ընդգրկող ոլորտներում կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության և առաջխաղացման համար:
Տեղեկանք. 1325 ազգային Ծրագիրը մշակվել է մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ազգային ռազմավարությունից բխող 2017-2019 թվականների գործողությունների ծրագրի 76-րդ կետի համաձայն։
