ՀՔԾ պետն անհասկանալի է համարում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքի շուրջ բարձրացված աղմուկը
SOCIETYՀատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի համար անհասկանալի է այն մոտեցումը, որ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահին առաջադրված մեղադրանքն անհիմն է ու ոչ հստակ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ կառավարության նիստից առաջ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում պաշտոնյան նշեց, որ մեղադրանքն այնքան պարզ ու հստակ է, որ ինքը չի հասկանում բարձրացված աղմուկը:
«Մեղադրանքի մեր որոշումն այնքան հստակ է, այնքան պարզ է ու հիմնավոր, որ ինձ համար նույնիսկ անհասկանալի են, տեղ-տեղ նաև ծիծաղելի մանիպուլյացիաները, որոնք փորձում են արվել պաշտպանական կողմի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից: Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը մեղադրվում է սահմանադրական կարգը բռնի տապալելու մեջ, նրա մեղադրանքն առաջադրելու համար հիմք է հանդիսացել բանակի ներգրավումը: Զինված ուժերի ներգրավումը քաղաքական գործընթացներում արգելված է ինչպես նախկին, այնպես էլ Սահմանադրության ներկայիս խմբագրությամբ»,-նշեց Սասուն Խաչատրյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ ԶՈՒ ներգրավումը քաղաքական գործընթացներում կարող էր լինել միայն այն դեպքում, երբ հայտարարված լիներ ռազմական դրություն, ինչը, սակայն, չի եղել:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հոդվածին, ինչի հիման վրա առաջադրվել է մեղադրանքը, որ այն 2008 թվականին Սահմադրության մեջ չի եղել, 2009-ի լրամշակման մեջ է հայտնվել, ապա Սասուն Խաչատրյանը նշեց. «Մի քանի անգամ դրան անդրադարձել եմ: Ինչպես տեսաք, այս վերջերս արդեն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանները ևս ընդունեցին, որ մեղադրանքն այդ հոդվածով ներկայացնելը հիմնավոր է»:
Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը հուլիսի 27-ին որոշում է կայացել երկու ամսով կալանավորել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին: Նա մեղադրվում է 2008 թվականին սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ: Նույն արարքի մեջ են մեղադրվում նաև 2008-ին պաշտպանության փոխնախարար, այժմ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը և պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Միքայել Հարությունյանը։ Հարությունյանը հետախուզման մեջ է, Խաչատուրովը ազատ է արձակվել 5 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց։
