POLITICS«Ելք» դաշինքն այլևս սպառված է, այն իրավիճակային դաշինք էր: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը` անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ արդյոք այն, որ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին ՔՊ-ն միայնակ է մասնակցելու, արտոցոլում է նաև խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների մասնակցության ձևաչափը:
«Ես մի քանի անգամ արդեն ասել եմ, որ տրամաբանական չեմ համարում, որ ՔՊ-ն մի ընտրություններում մի ֆորմատով հանդես գա, մյուս ընտրություններում՝ «Ելք» դաշինքով: Հիշում եք` դաշինքում ինչ տարաձայնություններ կային՝ սկսած հենց նախորդ ընտրությունների նախաշեմից, ինչպես ասում են՝ զոռով բարիշացրին, հեղափոխության շրջանում շարժման հետ կապված հսկայական տարաձայնություններ կային, մինչև վերջ էլ դաշինքի մյուս կուսակցությունները հանրահավաքի հարթակներում հրապարակային չերևացին»,-շեշտեց նա:
«Իրենք ունեն իրենց հստակ էլեկտորատը, իրենք էլ բավականին լավ շանսեր ունեն արժանավայել, ազդեցիկ արդյունք, ցուցանիշ ցույց տալու համար: Իրենք ունեն արևմտյան, լիբերալ-ազատական հայացքներ ունեցող ընտրազանգված, որն այնքան էլ քիչ չէ գոնե Երևան քաղաքում: Եթե հաջողվի համոզել լիբերալ-ազատական, արևմտյան արժեքներ կրող ընտրազանգվածին, ապա կունենան լուրջ արդյունք, որն իրենց ոչ միայն լուսանցքից դուրս չի թողնի, այլ կունենան լուրջ ազդեցություն»,-ընդգծեց քաղտեխնոլոգը:
Վիգեն Հակոբյանն ասաց, որ ընտրություններից հետո կարող են լինել նաև հետընտրական կոալիցիաներ` կախված արդյունքից, եթե ասվում է, որ ՔՊ-ն բարձր շանսեր ունի, դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ ՔՊ-ն պարտադիր ունենալու է որոշիչ մեծամասնություն:
Քաղտեխնոլոգն ասաց, որ ՔՊ-ի համար այս ընտրությունները շատ կարևոր են, հեղափոխությունից հետո առաջին ընտրությունն է:
«Ընտրությունները, կարծես, սեպտեմբերի կեսերին են լինելու, եթե ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներ չլինեն՝ հասարակության տրամադրությունները չեն փոխվի, այդ պատճառով կարծում եմ՝ ՔՊ-ի շանսերը մեծ են բավականին բարձր արդյունք գրանցելու համար: Ինչ վերբերում է կոնկրետ քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Հայկ Մարությանին, ապա ես կարծում եմ, որ երբ որոշում էին Հայկ Մարությանին ցուցակի լիդեր ընտրել, հստակ հաշվարկել էին ռեակցիաները»,-շեշտեց նա:
Վիգեն Հակոբյանը կարծում է, որ սկզբնական արձագանքը՝ թե´ դրական, թե´ բացասական քննադատությունները, հասկանալի են, կարծիքները կառուցողական կլինեն,երբ էմոցիաներն անցնեն:
Քաղաքագետը կարևոր համարեց այն, որ Հայկ Մարությանը քարզորաշավի շրջանակում կարողանա ներկայացնել իր ծրագրերը, ձևավորի քաղաքական թիմի ներկայացուցչի իմիջ:
