Կառավարությունը կդիմի ԱԺ-ին՝ Սևանից ոռոգման նպատակներով նախատեսված 170 մլն խմ ջրից բացի ևս 40-45 մլն խմ ջուր բաց թողնելու համար. Ջրային կոմիտեի փոխնախագահ

ՀՀ կառավարությունն օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ կդիմի Ազգային ժողովին, որպեսզի Սևանա լճից ոռոգման նպատակներով նախատեսված 170 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր ջրից բացի բաց թողնվի ևս 40-45 մլն խմ ջուր: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ջրային կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Կամո Սարգսյանը:   
«Օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն է, արդեն դիմել ենք կառավարությանը` Սևանից լրացուցիչ հնարավորինս քիչ քանակի՝ 40-45 մլն խմ ջուր, բաց թողնելու համար, իսկ արդյունքն արդեն ԱԺ-ն կորոշի»,-ասաց նա՝ նշելով, որ Սևանի մասին օրենքի համաձայն՝ այն պետք է արժանանա նաև խորհրդարանի հավանությանը։  

Նշենք, որ 170 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր ջրից գրեթե 102 միլիոնն արդեն բաց է թողնվել:

Կամո Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ լրացուցիչ ջրառը պայմանավորված է չափազանց շոգ եղանակով: «Շատ շոգ է, և, ըստ էության, տարին տարվա վրա քանի գնում, ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացում է նկատվում»,-ասաց նա:

 
Իսկ այն հարցին, որ խորհրդարանն ամառային հանգստի շրջանում է, ինչպե՞ս են այս պայմաններում կարողանալու ապահովել ջրառը, Սարգսյանը պատասխանեց, որ, հավանաբար, հարկ կլինի արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրել։


«Կոնկրետ ժամանակահատվածը չեմ կարող ասել, գուցե արտահերթ լինի, բայց արդեն ներկայացրել ենք կառավարություն նախագիծը»,-ասաց նա և նշեց,  որ ներքին խորքային հորերի հաշվին գուցե հնարավոր լինի ապահովել, որպեսզի շատ չորացում չլինի:

Իսկ թե այդ դեպքում  Սևանի համար խնդիր չի՞ առաջանա, հատկապես որ կան ահազանգեր, որ Սևանում լուրջ խնդիրներ կան, քանի որ ափերը ամբողջությամբ ջրիմուռներով են պատվել, Կամո Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ  դա պայմանավորված է բարձր ջերմաստիճանով: «Մեկ աստիճանով էլ ջերմաստիճանը որ բարձր է լինում, և ջրի ծաղկման ակտիվության շրջանում ջրիմուռները ծաղկում են, և այդ  ծաղիկը պոկվում է, բարձրանում է ջրի երես, դրա համար էլ  նման էֆեկտ է ստացվում»,-ասաց նա:
