ECONOMICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնում նշանակված Արսեն Մանուկյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել 2018 թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագիրը:
Մանուկյանը հայտարարագրել է հինգ անշարժ գույք՝ երկու բնակարան և մեկական հողամաս, ավտոտնակ և հողին ամրակայված այլ անշարժ գույք: Նրանն են նաև «TOYOTA CAMRY 2.4» և «GAZ 3110» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները: Պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ ունեցել է բաժնեմաս և փոխառություններ՝ համապատասխանաբար 1 միլիոն 550 հազար դրամի և 1,5 միլիոն դրամի, 3500 եվրոյի ու հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով:
Դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 1 միլիոն 150 հազար դրամ, 1250 ԱՄՆ դոլար ու 900 եվրո, իսկ եկամուտները՝ 2 միլիոն 974 հազար դրամ, որից 1 միլիոն 388 հազար դրամը քաղաքացիաիրավական այլ պայմանագրերից ստացված եկամուտն է, 750 հազար դրամը՝ աշխատավարձ, 770 հազար դրամը՝ վարձակալության դիմաց ստացված վճար, իսկ 66 հազար դրամն էլ տրված փոխառությունների դիմաց ստացված տոկոս:
