Ինչքան էլ իշխանությունները փորձեն կենտրոնացնել քաղաքացիների ուշադրությունը ներքաղաքական գործընթացների վրա և ջանքեր գործադրեն քայքայելու քաղաքական դաշտը, անփույթ վարվող քաղաքականության հետևանքով Հայաստանի և Արցախի շուրջ անվտանգային միջավայրը է՛լ ավելի լարված է:

Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության փոխնախագահ, ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավոր Արմեն Աշոտյանը։

«ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործի իրավական կողմը դնելով մի կողմ՝ ակնհայտ է, որ այն ձևն ու կերպը, որով իրականացվեց այդ գործընթացը, վնասել են ՀԱՊԿ-ի հեղինակությանը: Ի դեպ, այդ ռիսկերը ակնհայտ էին գործընթացի հենց սկզբից: Հաճելի չէր նաև ռուսական ԱԳՆ-ի պաշտոնական արձագանքը և դրա մատուցման ձևը:

Ալ Ջազիրային տրված իր հարցազրույցում (հրապարակվել է հուլիսի 27-ին) վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկնեց ռուսական կողմին իր ուղղված մեղադրանքը սադրանք կազմակերպելու մեջ, թեպետ մինչ այդ պաշտպանության նախարարը բավական հաջող հարթել էր սկանդալային թեման:

 

 

 

Ադրբեջանական ՍՊՈՒՏՆԻԿ գործակալությանը իր տրված հարցազրույցում Մարիա Զախարովան չի տարբերակել Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ, չնայած Հայաստան-ՌԴ հարաբերությունները դաշնակցային են և շատ ավելի ռազմավարական :


Թվարկված երկկողմանի բացասական ազդակները չեն կարող չմտահոգել՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի իշխանափոխությունից հետո Մոսկվայում գերակտիվացած և ագրեսիվացած ադրբեջանական լոբբինգի աշխատանքը: Չմոռանանք նաև մեր երկրում ակտիվ գործող և մասնակիորեն իշխանության մեջ ներկայացված հակառուսական ճակատը:

Ցանկացած երկկողմանի հարաբերություն պետք է խարսխված լինի արժանապատվության, փոխադարձ հարգանքի և ինքնիշխանության վրա, ու սպասարկի երկրի պետական շահը: Այս դեպքում թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Ռուսաստանի շահերը թելադրում են նույն իմպերատիվը՝ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություները պետք է մնան ռազմավարական-դաշնակցային:

Մնացածը վտանգավոր խաղ է բոլոր կողմերի համար»,– ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման մեջ նշում է Աշոտյանը։
