POLITICSՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին հետ կանչելու գործընթացի հանրային քննարկումներն ու պարզաբանումները համարում ենք ոչ արդյունավետ։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Ինտերֆաքս»-ին է ասել Երևանում բարձրաստիճան աղբյուրը՝ պատասխանելով խնդրանքին՝ մեկնաբանել Մոսկվայում բարձրաստիճան դիվանագիտական աղբյուրի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե «ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի փոխարինման գործընթաց սկսելու՝ Երևանից հնչած հայտարարությունները ոչ պրոֆեսոնալ են»։
«ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրության, գործընթացի կանոնների և այլ փաստաթղթերի հանրային քննարկումները համարում ենք ոչ արդյունավետ․դրանք մեզ քաջ հայտնի են, և դրանց հետ խիստ համապատասխանությամբ է Հայաստանը կառուցում իր համագործակցությունը կազմակերպության շրջանակներում»,- ասել է աղբյուրը։
«Մեր ռուսաստանցի գործընկերների հետ մենք վարում ենք կառուցողական ու ընդգրկուն երկխոսություն երկկողմ և բազմակողմ օրակարգի բոլոր ուղղություններով, որը կյանքի է կոչվում հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների ոգուն համապատասխան և շփման կայացած, հուսալի խողովակների միջոցով»,- հավելել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը։
Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ում հայտարարել էին, որ Երևանը պետք է պաշտոնապես հետ կանչի իր ներկայացուցչին ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնից։
Հայաստանը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գործընկեր պետություններին առաջարկել է սկսել Գլխավոր քարտուղարի փոխարինման գործընթաց: Այդ մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Տիգրան Բալայանը:
«Սա խիստ ներքին իրավական գործընթաց է, և Հայաստանում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ներգրավված է ՀՀ քաղաքացի։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է ներկայումս ՀԱՊԿ Գլխավոր քարտուղար պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձին առնչվող գործին և մեծ կարևորություն տալով Կազմակերպության հեղինակության և անխափան բնականոն աշխատանքի ապահովմանը, Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ գործընկեր պետություններին առաջարկել է սկսել Գլխավոր քարտուղարի փոխարինման գործընթաց։ Հայաստանը խիստ հավատարիմ է ՀԱՊԿ ամրապնդման և հզորացման հանձնառությանը ու շարունակելու է ակտիվորեն ներգրավված լինել այդ ուղղությամբ համատեղ աշխատանքներին»,- ասաց նա։
