Արցախի ոստիկանապետը նշանակումներ ու ազատումներ է կատարել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՀ ոստիկանության պետ٫ ոստիկանության գնդապետ Իգոր Գրիգորյանի` հուլիսի 28-ի հրամանով ոստիկանության պետի խորհրդական٫ ոստիկանության մայոր Արմեն Մովսիսյանը ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից և նշանակվել ոստիկանության պետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Արցախի ոստիկանության պաշտոնական կայքը, ներկայացնելով նորանշանակ աշխատակազմի ղեկավարին ոստիկանության պետը համոզմունք է հայտնել٫ որ Արմեն Մովսիսյանի մասնագիտական ունակությունները կնպաստեն ոստիկանության աշխատանքները կանոնակարգելու և գործունեության ընդհանուր արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելուն։
Նույն օրը٫ ոստիկանության պետը ներկայացրել է նաև ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների նորանշանակ վարչության պետին։ ԱՀ ոստիկանության կադրերի բաժնի պետ٫ ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետ Արմեն Բաղրյանը հրապարակել է ոստիկանության պետի հրամանը٫ համաձայն որի ոստիկանության քննչական վարչության պետի տեղակալ٫ ինքը և հատկապես կարևորագույն գործերով քննության բաժնի պետ٫ ոստիկանության մայոր Արայիկ Ներսիսյանը ազատվել է զբաղերած պաշտոնից և նշանակվել անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության պետի պաշտոնին։
Շնորհավորելով Արայիկ Ներսիսյանին պատասխանատու պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ՝ ոստիկանության պետը համոզմունք է հայտնել٫ որ նրա սկզբունքային և արդարամիտ գործելաոճը կնպաստի քաղաքացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունները էլ ավելի պարզեցնելու և մոտագա ապագայում «Մեկ պատուհանի» սկզբունքը ոստիկանության բոլոր ստորաբաժանումների անձնագրային ծառայություններում իրականացնելու հնարավորություն ստեղծելուն։
Ոստիկանությանա պետի հրամաններով կադրային փոփոխություններ են կատարվել նաև ոստիկանության քննչական վարչությունում։
Այսպես٫ ոստիկանության քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության բաժնի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ٫ ոստիկանության մայոր Արա Ենգիբարյանը և ոստիկանության քննչական վարչության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի քննչական բաժնի պետ٫ ոստիկանության մայոր Դավիթ Ավշարյանը ազատվել են զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից և նշանակվել քննչական վարչության պետի տեղակալների պաշտոններում٫ իսկ ոստիկանության քննչական վարչության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի քննչական բաժնի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Արման Սարուխանյանը ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից և նշանակվել նույն բաժնի պետի պաշտոնին։
Ոստիկանության պետը ընդունելով նորանշանակ պատասխանատուներին՝ համոզմունք է հայտնել٫ որ նրանց կողմից կարվի առավելագույնը քննիչների մասմնագիտական ունակությունները ավելի բարձրացնելու٫ ծառայողական և կատարողական կարգապահության ուղղությամբ։
