INTERNATIONAL NEWSԻնձ զեկուցել են, որ մարտի 1-ին բանակը չի բախվել ցուցարարների հետ: Այս մասին «Երկիր Մեդիա»-ի եթերում հայտարարեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:
«Ես տեղեկություն չունեմ, որ բանակը օգտագործվել է ցուցարարների դեմ: Մենք ունենք երկու զոհ ներքին զորքերից, 8 քաղաքացիական մարդ՝ ոստիկանության ու ցուցարարների բախման արդյունքում, բայց 1 վիրավոր անգամ զինվորներից չկա: Ինձ և՛ նախարարը, և՛ անվտանգության պետը հաջորդ օրը զեկուցել են, որ բանակը չի բախվել ցուցարարների հետ: Ինձ համար անսպասելի էր, զարմանալի, թե ինչու է 10 հոգի զոհվել»,- ասաց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ բանակը զենք չի օգտագործել: Երկրորդ նախագահն ասաց, որ խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովն ասում էր, թե ավելի շուտ ինքը պետք է մտցներ արտակարգ դրություն:
«Ես արտակարգ դրություն մտցրել եմ այն ժամանակ, երբ արդեն առաջին մարդը զոհվեց՝ ներքին զորքերի կապիտանը:
Համլետ էր անունը: Երբ ճեղքվեց ոստիկանական զորքերի շարքը, խառնվեցին ցուցարարները զորքերի հետ, այդ ժամանակ ես միայն ստորագրեցի: Եթե շուտ ստորագրեի՝ կմեղադրեին, որ պատճառ չկար արտակարգ դրություն մտցնելու»,- ասաց Քոչարյանը:
Երկրորդ նախագահը նշեց, որ արտակարգ դրություն մտցնելուց առաջ ինքը պետք է խորհրդակցեր ԱԺ նախագահի ու վարչապետի հետ, ինչը արել է. «Ես դրա մասին ասել եմ Վարդան Օսկանյանին (արտաքին գործերի նախկին նախարար,- Tert.am), ասել եմ, որ մեր արտաքին գործընկերներին տեղյակ պահի, որ եթե վիճակը վատանա, արտակարգ դրություն մտցնելը հնարավոր է: Խորհրդարանը կարող էր բեկանել, բայց չի եղել մեկը, որ զանգեր, ասեր՝ չարժի, պետք չէ... Բոլորի համար պարզ էր, որ այս վիճակն այլ կերպ հնարավոր չէ զսպել, և եթե դա չլիներ՝ զոհերի քանակը կարող էր կրկնակի, եռակի ավել լինել»:
Ըստ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի՝ բանակի վերնախավը, մարտական լուրջ ճանապարհ անցած զինվորականները մեղադրվում են մի հանցանքի մեջ, որը չեն կատարել, և արդյունքում պախարակվում է բանակը:
«Սա կոռուպցիոն գործ չէ, սա Մանվել Գրիգորյանի «սգուշչոնկա–տուշոնկան» չէ, սա ուրիշ բան է: Սրանով փորձում են պատմությունը վերափոխել, ամբողջը շուռ տալ: Այս իշխանությունը ճանապարհներ փակելով եկել է իշխանության և իրավական դաշտում խոսելով օրինականությունից՝ ծայրահեղ ապօրինի որոշում է կայացրել: Ասելու են՝ մենք կապ չունենք ՀՔԾ–ի հետ: ՀՔԾ ղեկավարին փոխելուց հետո նման դրվագներ առաջացան, դա ի՞նչ է նշանակում: Մինչ այդ նույն մարմինը քննություն է իրականացրել, լրիվ այլ… Թող բռնեն նրան, ով թույլ չի տվել: Ես ապրիլի 9-ից իշխանության չեմ եղել, և իմ հարաբերությունները իշխանությունների հետ հետագայում լարված են եղել, ես քննադատել եմ նրանց մի շարք հարցերում, հայտնել եմ իմ անհամաձայնությունը, ես պրոցեսի վրա ազդելու հնարավորություն չեմ ունեցել»,- մանրամասնեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը:
