SOCIETYՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հարցաքննությունը տեսաձայնագրելու և կցվելու է քրեական գործին: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը: Սակայն, ըստ նրա, դա չի նշանակում, որ տեսաձայնագրությունը հրապարակվելու է:
«Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինն է որոշում՝ տեսագրել, թե ոչ: Տեսագրությունը հանդիսանում է քննչական գործողության արձանագրման բաղկացուցիչ մասը, եթե նույնիսկ տեսագրվում է, դա չի նշանակում, որ հրապարակվելու է: Տեսագրությունը կցվելու է քրեական գործին: Այո, ունենք որոշում տեսագրելու»,-ասաց Սասուն Խաչատրյանը:
ՀՔԾ պետը չցանկացավ, սակայն, նշել, թե ով է իրականացնելու Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հարցաքննությունը՝ այդ անձին ավելորդ ուշադրությունից զերծ պահելու համար:
«Ո՞վ է վարելու հարցաքննությունը, քննչական խմբի ղեկավարն ո՞վ է՝ Էդիկ Հակոբյանը, թե Մուշեղ Բաբայանը»,- հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Սասուն Խաչատրյանն ասաց.
«Ոչ Էդիկ Հակոբյանն է, ոչ էլ Մուշեղ Բաբայանը: Գաղտնիքի խնդիր չկա, մեր ծառայության քննիչներից մեկն է, ավելորդ ուշադրությունից նրան զերծ պահելու համար անունը չի հրապարակվում»:
Հարցին՝ արդյոք մեղադրանք առաջադրելու հիմքեր կան՝ ՀՔԾ պետը չցանկացավ պատասխանել: «Եթե քրեական գործով կհիմնավորվի որևէ անձի մեղավորությունը, նա անշուշտ պատասխանատվության կենթարկվի՝ առանց բացառության»,-վստահեցրեց պաշտոնյան:
