Արևմուտքի փուչիկները. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանի այցելությունները` համապատասխանաբար Բրյուսել և ԱՄՆ, բավակայն լայն արձագանք ստացան: Հնարավոր չեղավ նաև խուսափել հաճախ անհարկի աղմուկից ու քննադատությունից: Ֆեյսբուքյան կրքերն այսօր արդեն հանդարտվել են, սակայն այս այցելություններից պարզ դարձավ մի բան` ժողովրդավարության համար ո՛չ Եվրոպան, ո՛չ էլ ԱՄՆ–ն պատրաստ չեն և չեն էլ ցանկանում ֆինանսական օժանդակություն ցուցաբերել: Այլ կերպ ասած, հօդս ցնդեց արևմտյան տերությունների և կազմակերպությունների այն թեզը, թե՝ ավելի շատ աջակցություն` ավելի շատ ժողովրդավարության դիմաց: Սա առանցքային հստակեցում էր, որը բերեց նաև վարչապետի այն հայտարարությանը, թե մենք ժողովրդավարություն կառուցում ենք, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում ենք ոչ թե Արևմուտքի համար, այլ որովհետև մեր հասարակությունն ունի դրանց կարիքը:
Այս հստակեցումը նաև կարևոր դերակատարություն ուներ արտաքին քաղաքականության վեկտորների ճշտգրտման ուղղությամբ: Այսօր մենք ունենք բազմաթիվ արևմտամետ հռչակված գործիչներ, որոնք տեսնում են Հայաստանին Եվրամիության և ՆԱՏՕ–ի կազմում: Սակայն, ինչպես տեսանք, այս կազմակերպությունները պատրաստ են որոշակի քայլերի միայն ակնհայտ արդյունք տեսնելուց հետո` առանց որևէ երաշխիքի: Կարո՞ղ է արդյոք Հայաստանը թույլ տալ իրեն նման ճոխություն, պատասխանը միանշանակ է` ոչ, որովհետև փաստացի գտնվելով հարաբերական պատերազմի պայմաններում և ունենալով Ռուսաստանի նման «հարաբերական դաշնակից»՝ Հայաստանը չի կարող իրեն թույլ տալ արտաքին քաղաքական ռևերանսներ: Սա գիտակցում էր ինչպես նախկին ղեկավարությունը, այնպես էլ ներկայիս:
Այս գիտակցումից զատ, սակայն, կարևոր էր նաև հայաստանյան հասարակությանը բացեիբաց նշել, որ բոլոր տեսակի գեղեցիկ խոստումներն ու ակնարկները առ ոչինչ են, երբ խոսքը իրական, շոշափելի քայլերի մասին է: Ի դեպ, կարևոր է, որ մենք նեղացկոտ կեցվածքով հանդես չգանք ո՛չ Եվրոպայի, ո՛չ ԱՄՆ–ի և ո՛չ էլ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում, քանի որ վերջիններս ունեն իրենց շահերը, հետապնդում են դրանք, իսկ այդ շահերը միշտ էլ առաջնային դիրքերում են: Այս շրջապտույտում Հայաստանին մնում է միայն առավելագույնս իրացնել իր ազգային–պետական շահերը:
