POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հասարակական լայն վստահությամբ ձևավորված իշխանությունը ձեռքբերում է ցանկացած երկրի համար: Այս փաստը վիճարկել հնարավոր չէ, սակայն երբ այս վստահությունը բերում է իշխանության անքննադատելիության մտայնություններ, ապա առաջ են գալիս մի շարք խնդիրներ: Ըստ էության, այսօր մեդիահարթակներում ավելի ու ավելի քիչ են հանդիպում ինչպես առողջ քննադատությունները, այնպես էլ նույնպիսի աջակցությունը ներկա կառավարությանը: Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե կառավարությանը «կծելու», «վարկաբեկելու», «քլնգելու» մտադրությունները խմբավորվում են քննադատության տակ, և մյուս կողմից էլ, կառավարության պաշտպանները ամենուր փորձում են վհուկների որս կազմակերպել: Թե ովքեր են այս ամենից տուժում առաջինն ու ամենաշատը, դժվար չէ գուշակել` հենց կառավարությունը, և հաջորդը` հասարակությունը:
Ի վերջո, հայաստանյան հասարակությունը կարոտել է ուղիղ ու ազնիվ խոսքի, կարոտել է հենց իշխանության ազնվությանը, եթե անգամ հարցը վերաբերում է չափազանց նուրբ թեմաների: Թերևս հենց սա է հրապարակայնության առաջնային սկզբունքը և հենց սա պետք է լինի սեփական ժողովրդի հետ ազնիվ լինելու ելակետը: Ցավոք, այսօր նկատվում են երևույթներ, երբ պարզապես անհատները, ելնելով զուտ անձնական հավակնություններից, համակրանքներից ու հակակրանքներից, ստեղծում են տեղեկատվական փուչիկներ` և՛ պաշտպանական, և՛ քննադատական, որոնք պարզապես առաջ են բերում իռացիոնալ իրականություն, ապա այդ իրականության մեջ ծավալվում են տարատեսակ կիսահայհոյախառն, կիսաժարգոնային ու կիսաթաղային մակարդակի «ռազբիրատներ», բնական է` բանավեճի անվան տակ: Հասկանալի է, որ նման երևույթներից պարզ չի դառնում, թե ի վերջո ինչպես քննադատել ու ինչպես պաշտպանել իշխանությանը, արդյո՞ք քննադատել հայհոյելով ու ցույց տալով իշխանության անճարակությունը, թե՞, այնուամենայնիվ, քննադատելով ցույց տալ խնդիրը և հնարավորություն տալ բարեփոխվելու, ուղղվելու: Մյուս կողմից` արդյո՞ք կուրորեն պաշտպանել` ստեղծելով անսխալականության բարդույթ, թե՞ պաշտպանելով չբթացնել զգոնությունը, պաշտպանելով` տեսնել իսկական քննադատությունը և հենց քննադատողի հետ միանալով` հուշել բացերն ու նաև այս ճանապարհով պաշտպանել, կարճ ասած` պարզ սթափություն:
