Մանվել Գրիգորյանը զրկվեց Էջմիածնի պատվավոր քաղաքացու կոչումից
SOCIETYԵԿՄ նախկին նախագահ, գեներալ Մանվել Գրգորյանը զրկվեց Էջմիածնի պատվավոր քաղաքացու կոչումից: Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 24-ին նման որոշում կայացրեց Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետարանի ավագանին:
Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Դիանա Գասպարյանն անձամբ զեկուցեց ԵԿՄ նախկին նախագահ, գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին Էջմիածնի պատվավոր քաղաքացու կոչումից զրկելու հարցը:
Դիանա Գասպարյանը ասաց,ո ր փորձել են ֆեյսբուքով հարցում անցկացնել այս հարցի վերաբերյալ եւ պարզել էջմիածնեցիների կարծիքը, սակայն դժվար է եղել հասկանալ՝ հարցման մասնակիցների որ մասն է Էջմիածնեցի:
«Շրջանառվում էր, որ այս նախագծով խախտվում է անձի անմեղության կանխավարկածը, ես որպես իրավաբան սրա հետ համաձայն չեմ, որովհետեւ թե պատվավոր քաղաքացու կոչում շնորհելը, թե դրանից զրկումը իրավական հետեւանքներ չի ենթադրում եւ չի առաջացնում, հարցը կարծում եմ բացառապես բարոյական հարթության մեջ է եւ այդպես էլ դիտարկում է հանրությունը: Ընդ որում Արցախի հերոսի կոչումից զրկելու հետ կապված հանրությունը ուներ խնդիր, սակայն սա պատերազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ Մանվել Գրգորյանի ցուցաբերած սխրանքներին էր վերաբերում եւ այդտեղ թերեւս դատաքննությունից հետո ճիշտ կլինի որոշում կայացնել: Քաղաքի պատվավոր քաղաքացու կոչումից զրկելը խիստ քաղաքային հարց է, որը կարծում եմ քաղաքում առկա տրամադրությունները հաշվի առնելով պետք է լուծել»,-ասաց նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԵԿՄ նախագահ, պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի տանը և նրա սեփականություն հանդիսացող հանգստյան գոտում իրականացված խուզարկության արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ Ապրիլյան քառօրյայի մասնակիցներին ուղարկված սնունդը գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանն օգտագործել է իր կենդանաբանական այգու կենդանիներին կերակրելու նպատակով։ Հայտնաբերվել էին նաև զինվորներին ուղարկված նամակներ, ինչպես նաև մեծ քանակությամբ զենք և զինամթերք, թանկարժեք մեքենաներ։ Մանվել կալանավորվել է:
ԱԺ-ը բավարարել է Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու դատախազի միջնորդությունը, այնուհետև 77 կողմ, 3 դեմ ձայներով զրկել նրան անձեռնմխելիությունից։
