POLITICSՀակված ենք մասնակցել Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը՝ նշելով, որ վերջնական որոշում դեռևս չեն կայացրել:
Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը «Ժառանգության» շանսերը գնահատեց նորմալ՝ նշելով, թե խորհրդարանում ներկայացված չլինելու հանգամանքը չի իջեցրել իրենց վարկանիշը:
«Պարզ է, թե ինչպես են անցել նախորդ ընտրությունները և պարզ է, թե ինչու «Ժառանգությունը» չի անցել խորհրդարան: Չեմ կարծում, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում մարդիկ «Ժառանգությունը» մոռացել են»,- ասաց Մարտիրոսյանը:
Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս եք մրցելու վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ղեկավարած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» հետ, հաշվի առնելով այն մեկնաբանությունները, որ նա ներկայուս մեծ վարկանիշ ունի, Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը պատասխանեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իսկապես բարձր վարկանիշ ունի թավշյա հեղափոխության արդյունքում, բայց տեղի է ունեցել համաժողովրդական շարժում, որին մասնակցել է նաև «Ժառանգությունը»:
«Մենք կանգնած ենք եղել այս շարժման ակունքում, ավարտին և եթե հանենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործոնը, որովհետև նա որպես թեկնածու չի մասնակցելու քաղաքապետի ընտրություններին, հնարավոր է ունենանք ուրիշ պատկեր: Մենք չենք գնում համաժողովրդական շարժման արդյունքների վերագրանցման, փոփոխության, ոչ, մենք ցանկանում ենք ընդլայնել շարժումը, իրականացնել բարեփոխումներ»,- մանրամասնեց Մարտիրոսյանը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի մասնակցելու, բայց իր անունը կապվում է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» հետ, որից խուսափել հնարավոր է, Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը համաձայնեց՝ նշելով, որ դա «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին» ուժեղացնող հանգամանք է, սակայն պետք չէ մոռանալ, որ եղել են այլ ուժեղ անձինք, ովքեր մասնակցել են շարժմանը:
Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը հիշեցրեց, որ «Ժառանգության» հիմնադիր Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը առաջարկել էր միավորվել՝ ընտրություններին մասնակցելուց առաջ մեկ ցուցակով կամ դաշինքով, որպեսզի ընտրողների ձայները չկիսվեն համաժողովրդական շարժման ակունքներում կանգնած ուժերի միջև:
«Խիստ տրամաբանական մոտեցում է դա: Կարծում եմ, որ լավ կլիներ, որ համաժողովրդական շարժումը մասնակցեր համաժողովրդական ցուցակով: Սրա կյանքի կոչման համար պետք է քաղաքական բոլոր ուժերի համաձայնությունը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համաձայնությունը»,- ավելացրեց Մարտիրոսյանը:
Նա ասաց, որ իրենք աջակցում են գործող իշխանությանը, ավելին՝ հայտարարում են, որ սա իրենց իշխանությունն է, չնայած չունեն պաշտոններ: Ուստի, Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով, իրենք առաջիկա ընտրություններին կմասնակցեն իշխանական կուսակցության կերպարով:
«Մենք ոչ թե հանդես ենք գալու ընդդեմ այս իշխանության, այլ հօգուտ դրա, մենք հանդես ենք գալու որպես համաժողովրդական շարժման մի մաս: Եթե առանձին մասնակցենք ընտրություններին` կներկայացնենք շարժման մի հատվածը, կներկայացնենք մեր մոտեցումները՝ բարեփոխումների, կառավարման իմաստով: Խիստ ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից հանդես գալու մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող»,- նշեց Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը:
