«Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի իրավասու անձանց կողմից պատճառված վնասը վերականգնվել է
POLITICSՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է «Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի իրավասու անձանց կողմից պատճառված վնասը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության «Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ում առերևույթ չարաշահումների դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Ա.Հարությունյանը, նախնական համաձայնության գալով նույն ՊՈԱԿ-ի պահեստապետ Վ.Նալբանդյանի հետ, վաճառել են ՊՈԱԿ-ին մատակարարված մսամթերքից 1260 կիլոգրամ տավարի միսը, ինչից գոյացած գումարը չեն մուտքագրել կազմակերպության հաշվեհամարին:
Բացի այդ, 2018 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից մինչև հուլիսի 17-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում վաճառվել է նաև նույն կազմակերպության անասնապահական ֆերմայից ստացված շուրջ3.569 լիտր կաթը, որից գոյացած գումարը կրկին չի մուտքագրվել կազմակերպության հաշվեհամարին։ Պատճառված վնասը կազմում է 3.069.940 ՀՀ դրամ:
2018 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին «Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Արտակ Հարությունյանը և պահեստապետ Վահագն Նալբանդյանը ձերբակալվել են:
Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 21-ին, վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացվել են վճարման փաստաթղթերն առ այն, որ պատճառված վնասը վերականգնվել է և ՔԿ դեպոզիտ հաշվին է փոխնացվել 3 մլն 60 հազար ՀՀ դրամ։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
