Ինչպես նշվում է, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ կշարունակի աշխատել բանակցությունների հիման վրա լուծում գտնելու ուղղությամբ, որը միակ տարբերակն է հակամարտությանը երկարաժամկետ հիմունքներով լուծում տալու համար՝ ի շահ տարածաշրջանի ժողովուրդների:
