«Արարատյան ավտոկայանի» նախկին և ներկա տնօրենները պետությանը պատճառած վնասը վերականգնելու համար 30 մլն դրամ են փոխանցել. ՔԿ
POLITICSՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ Արարատի մարզում գործող «Արարատյան ավտոկայան» ՍՊԸ ընկերության տնօրինության կողմից թույլ տրված չարաշահումները պարզելու, պետությանը պատճառված վնասը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից։
«Արարատյան ավտոկայան» ՍՊԸ-ն, ՀՀ տրասնպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության կողմից ստացած լիցենզիայի համաձայն, իրականացրել է տրանսպորտային միջոցների պարտադիր տեխնիկական զննություն, որի ընթացքում, նախնական քննության տվյալներով, թույլ են տրվել չարաշահումներ
Քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ տեխնիկական զննության համար քաղաքացիների կողմից պետական բյուջե մուծման ենթակա հաստատագրված վճարները՝ 3.500-10.500-ական ՀՀ դրամ, հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ ընկերության տնօրինությունը, առանց տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննում անցկացնելու, մատուցվող ծառայությունների վերաբերյալ վճարման հիմք հանդիսացող փաստաթղթերը կեղծելու միջոցով հափշտակել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար։ Իսկ ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության տրանսպորտային տեսչության աշխատակիցները պատշաճ չեն կատարել «ՀՀ տրանսպորտային տեսչության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 6-րդ հոդվածով, ՀՀ Կառավարության 21.11.2002թ. թիվ 1810-Ն որոշման 7-րդ կետով և 8-րդ կետի «ի» ենթակետով սահմանված՝ տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության գործառույթների վերահսկողության պարտականությունները ՝ առաջացնելով էական վնաս և ծանր հետևանքներ։
Իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ պետությանը պատճառված իրական վնասի ծավալները պարզելու, չարաշահումներին առնչություն ունեցած անձանց շրջանակը հստակեցնելու, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու և ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա համապատասխան իրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում, որպես պատճառված վնասի մասնակի վերականգնում, ընկերության նախկին և ներկայիս տնօրենների կողմից այսօր ՀՀ ՔԿ դեպոզիտ հաշվին է փոխանցվել 30 մլն ՀՀ դրամ։
