Արարատյան դաշտավայրում ջրասակավության մեղմման ելքը նոր հորերն են
ECONOMICSԸնթացիկ տարվա ոռոգման շրջանում արձանագրվող սակավաջրության և առկա դեֆիցիտի մեղմման նպատակով ՀՀ ԷԵԲՊՆ ջրային կոմիտեն մշակել է միջոցառումներ, որոնք զգալի կբարձրացնեն ջրապահովման մակարդակը:
Մասնավորապես, նախատեսվում է Արարատյան դաշտավայրի 26 համայնքներում խորքային 38 նոր հոր հորատել, ինչպես նաև գոյություն ունեցող 17 հորերի վերականգնման աշխատանքներ իրականացնել:
Վերջին տարիներին Սև ջուր գետի հոսքերի խիստ նվազման և գրեթե բացակայության արդյունքում առավել առաջնահերթ են համարվում գետի իշխման տակ ընկած 10 համայնքներում խորքային 18 նոր հորերի հորատման, ինչպես նաև եղած՝ 14 հորերի վերականգնման աշխատանքները, որոնք իրականացվելու են առաջին փուլով:
Առավել հրատապ լուծում է պահանջում Զարթոնքի և Արտաշարի պոմպակայանների սպասարկման գոտում գտնվող համայնքների ջրամատակարարումը, որտեղ, սակավաջրությունից բացի, խիստ անհանգստացնող է նաև ջրանցքով անարգել հոսող կոյուղաջրերի փաստը:
Այսօր կրկին Արմավիրի մարզի այդ տարածաշրջան են այցել Ջրային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները, հանդիպում ունեցել Զարթոնք, Արտաշար, Եղեգնուտ, Երասխահուն, Վարդանաշեն համայնքների ղեկավարների և ՋՕԸ ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Կարեն Դադոյանը պարզաբանել է, որ կոմիտեում օպերատիվ աշխատանք է տարվում օր առաջ նոր և վերականգնվող հորերի համար ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրներ գտնելու նպատակով:
Համայնքների ղեկավարներն ու ՋՕԸ պատասխանատուները կոմիտեի ներկայացուցչին իրենց անհանգստությունն են հայտնել ստեղծված իրավիճակի համար և փոխանցել նաև հարյուրավոր ջրօգտագործողների դժգոհությունը: Գյուղացիները ոռոգման ջրի պակասի պատճառով չեն կարողանում լիարժեք մշակել իրենց հողակտորներն ու բերք ստանալ, իսկ ստացվող կեղտաջրերն էլ մեծ սպառնալիք են թե եղած բերքի որակին, թե տեղի բնակչության առողջությանը:
«Ժամանակին Արարատյան դաշտավայրի ստորգետնյա ջրային պաշարների անհեռատես վատնման արդյունքում ենք հայտնվել այս տխուր վիճակում: Միայն այս տարածաշրջանում վտանգված է շուրջ 1500հա հողերի ջրապահովումը: Ջրամատակարարումը սուր դեֆիցիտի պատճառով անկանոն է,տարածաշրջանը 30 հոր է սպասարկում, նոր հորերի հորատումը չշահագործվող հորերի վերականգնումը հրատապ պահանջ է, որպեսզի կարողանանք Զարթոնքի և Արտաշարի պոմպակայաններիի իշխման տակ ընկած շրջակա գյուղերի հողատարածքներին բավարար չափով ոռոգման ջուր հասցնել: Սևջուր գետի իշխման տակ ընկած հողատարածքների ջրասակավության մեղմման ելքը նոր հորերի հորատումն է և վթարային հորերի վերականգնումը»,- ասել է Կարեն Դադոյանը:
