SOCIETYՆախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հուլիսի 20-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից:
Ուղերձում ասված է.
«Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հարգելի՛ աշխատակիցներ,
Իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ նախարարության հիմնադրման 25-ամյակի առթիվ։
Արցախի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը՝ որպես յուրաքանչյուր անկախ եւ ինքնիշխան երկրի կարեւոր պետական մարմին, հիմնադրվել է մեր ժողովրդի համար բախտորոշ շրջանում՝ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի ամենաթեժ ժամանակահատվածում:
Գործելով ռազմական դրության պայմաններում՝ գերատեսչությունն անցել է բարդ ու դժվարություններով լի ճանապարհ` պատվով իրականացնելով իր առջեւ դրված խնդիրները։
Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն ակտիվորեն մասնակցել է ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ուղղված բանակցություններին եւ 1994 թվականի հրադադարի համաձայնագրի մշակման ու ստորագրման գործին։
Պատերազմական գործողությունների ավարտից հետո նախարարության աշխատակիցները գործուն մասնակցություն են ունեցել ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացում՝ զուգահեռաբար պաշտպանելով հանրապետության շահերը միջազգային հարթակներում, զարգացնելով տարբեր երկրների հետ փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը, Արցախի մասին ճշմարտացի տեղեկություններ ներկայացնելով աշխարհին եւ պայքարելով քաղաքական ու լրատվական դաշտում Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ պահվածքի դեմ:
Համոզված եմ, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը, ունենալով անհրաժեշտ ներուժ, այսուհետ եւս պատշաճ կերպով կիրականացնի իր գործառույթները եւ արժանվույնս կներկայացնի մեր երկիրն արտաքին ասպարեզում:
Մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կենտրոնական ապարատի եւ արտերկրում Արցախի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների աշխատակիցներին հիշարժան հոբելյանի առթիվ:
