VIDEOԳյումրիի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը չի պատրաստվում հրաժարական տալ քաղաքապետի պաշտոնից, սակայն եթե վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրեն հորդորի հրաժարական տալ, առանց հապաղելու դիմումը կգրի: Այս մասին Բալասանյանը հայտարարել է այսօր՝ հուլիսի 18-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:
«Ես որեւէ խնդիր չունեմ, երբ իշխանությունը չուզեց, չեմ աշխատի, հասարակությունը չուզեց, չեմ աշխատի: Ես էնքան գործ ունեմ անելու, էնքանից շատ որեւէ խնդիր չունեմ»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ձեզ էլ հորդորի, ինչպես հորդորեց Տարոն Մարգարյանին, հրաժարական կտա՞ք, Բալասանյանն արձագանքեց. «Որեւէ պահ չեմ սպասի, նույն պահին հրաժարականի դիմումը կգրեմ»:
Գյումրիի քաղաքապետը շփոթվեց, երբ լրագրողը հարցրեց՝ իսկ եթե ժողովուրդը խնդրի մնալ, ում հորդորն իր համար հիմք կլինի. «Դե, դա արդեն ուրիշ խնդիր է: Եթե հիմա իշխանությունն ասում է մի բան, ժողովուրդը... ժողովրդի կամքն է ավելի կարեւոր»:
