«Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում բարեւ չտալու եւ հայհոյելու համար խմբով խոշտանգել են կալանավորին. մանրամասներ
SOCIETYՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի հերթապահ խմբի առաջին կարգի մասնագետ Ա. Հ.-ն մի խումբ անձանց կազմում խոշտանգել է կալանավոր Ա. Ա.-ին, որից հետո` խոշտանգման դեպքը թաքցնելու խմբային շահերից ելնելով, մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց կազմում կատարել է պաշտոնեական կեղծիք:
Այս առնչությամբ ՀՔԾ տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է.
«Այսպես, 2018 թվականի մարտի 16-ին` ժամը 00:35-ին, «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ տեղափոխված կալանավոր Ա. Ա.-ի եւ նույն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակից Ա. Հ.-ի միջեւ խոսակցություն է ծավալվել կալանավորի կողմից վերջինիս բարեւ չտալու հարցի շուրջ, որի ընթացքում կալանավորը տվել է անհասցե հայհոյանքներ:
Դրանից հետո Ա. Հ.-ն կալանավորին ուղեկցել է ՔԿՀ-ի` խուզարկության կատարման համար նախատեսված սենյակ եւ մինչ այդ հայհոյանքներ տալու համար նրան պատժելու նպատակով հիմնարկի մի խումբ ծառայողների հետ նշված սենյակում խոշտանգել է վերջինիս` դիտավորությամբ պատճառել է ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ, այն է` ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին` պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Այնուհետեւ Ա. Ա.-ին խոշտանգելու դեպքը թաքցնելու խմբային շահերից ելնելով` Ա. Հ.-ն նույն ՔԿՀ-ի մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ կազմել է իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող, պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող կեղծ արձանագրություն այն մասին, թե իբր կալանավորին խուզարկելու ժամանակ վերջինս չի ենթարկվել իրենց օրինական պահանջներին եւ խոչընդոտել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակիցների օրինական գործողությունների կատարմանը, ուստի նրա ագրեսիվ վարքագիծը կանխելու նպատակով իրենց կողմից կիրառվել է ֆիզիկական ուժ:
Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքների կատարման համար Ա. Հ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309.1 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով եւ 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Ա. Հ.-ի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: 17.07.2018թ.-ին գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
