SOCIETYԱզգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը պարզաբանում է հրապարակել «Կոմերսանտ»-ում իր հարցազրույցի վերաբերյալ:
«Երեկ Ռուսաստանից, Բելառուսից, Ղրղզստանից, Վրաստանից, Ուկրաինայից, Մոլդովայից, Ղազախստանից ժամանած լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ռուս լրագրողի՝ ՆԱՏՕ-Հայաստան հարաբերություններին վերաբերող հարցին ի պատասխան, միտքս ձեւակերպել եմ հետեւյալ կերպ, որի մի մասը «Կոմերսանտ»-ը երեկ լուսաբանել էր, իսկ այսօր՝ թարմացրել: Հայաստանը զարգացնում է իր հարաբերությունները ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ արդեն գոյություն ունեցող ձեւաչափերում` Հայաստան-ՆԱՏՕ Անհատական գործընկերության գործողությունների ծրագրի եւ Պլանավորման եւ վերանայման գործընթացի շրջանակներում: Մենք նաեւ Աֆղանստանում եւ Կոսովոյում մասնակցում ենք ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղաղապահ առաքելություններում: Ադրբեջանի ռազմական կարողությունները հասկանալն էլ է կարեւոր, քանի որ ադրբեջանցի սպաներն իրենց փորձառությունն են անցնում Թուրքիայում, որը ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկիր է»,- իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:
«Կոմերսանտ»-ը գրել էր, որ ըստ Արմեն Գրիգորյանի՝ Հայաստանը մասնակցում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաքելություններին, քանի որ ադրբեջանցիները պատրաստվում են Թուրքիայում, որը ՆԱՏՕ անդամ է, ու Հայաստանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ գործակցում է, որ տեղյակ լինի, իմանա, թե ինչպես են պատրաստվում ադրբեջանցիներ:
