Խոշոր յուրացումներ Տավուշում. ոստիկանության քննությամբ վերականգնվել է ավելի քան 43.000.000 միլիոն դրամ
SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանության ներքին աուդիտի վարչության կողմից ոստիկանության ՊՊԳՎ Իջեւանի պահպանության բաժնում, Տավուշի եւ Դիլիջանի պահպանության բաժանմունքներում իրականացված աուդիտների ընթացքում արձանագրված ֆինանսական խախտումների փաստերով ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունում կատարված ծառայողական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Իջեւանի պահպանության բաժնի նախկին հաշվապահի կողմից նույն բաժնի նախկին պետին եւ մի քանի ծառայողների, որոշակի ժամանակահատվածում, ոստիկանության ՊՊԳՎ արտաբյուջետային միջոցներից ընդհանուր 38.493.681 դրամ ավելի գումարներ են վճարվել եւ յուրացվել։
Դրանց մի մասը վերականգնվել է աուդիտի, իսկ մյուս մասը՝ ծառայողական քննության ընթացքում։
Բացի այդ, ինչպես հայտնում են ոստիկանությունից, Դիլիջանի պահպանության բաժանմունքի հաշվապահի պարտականությունները ժամանակավոր կատարելիս Իջեւանի պահպանության բաժնի նախկին հաշվապահը 2017 թվականի մայիս-օգոստոս ամիսներին իրեն ավելի է վճարել 4.522.448 դրամ, որը վերականգնվել է ամբողջությամբ։
Տավուշի պահպանության բաժանմունքի նախկին հաշվապահը 2016 թվականի եւ 2017 թվականի հունվար-նոյեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում իր աշխատավարձի հաշվեհամարին ավելի է վճարել ընդհանուր 380.857 դրամ, որը հետագայում վերականգնվել է ամբողջությամբ։ Ընդհանուր վերականգնված գումարը կազմում է 43.396.986 դրամ։
Նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունում ծառայողական քննությամբ բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել վերը նշված գումարները յուրացման միջոցով հափշտակելու եւ պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց արարքներում առերեւույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշների առկայության վերաբերյալ, ծառայողական քննության նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն՝ նրանց արարքներին քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու համար։
