Բնապահպանության նախարարության Անտառային կոմիտեի մասնաճյուղին է հանձնվել 8 ամենագնաց ավտոմեքենա
SOCIETYԲնապահպանության նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը մասնակցել է Բնապահպանության նախարարության Անտառային կոմիտեի «Կապանի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղին 7 UAZ Hunter և 1 UAZ PICK-UP ավտոմեքենայի հանձնման արարողությանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Մեքենաները տրամադրվել են գերմանական KfW բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող «Պահպանվող տարածքների աջակցման ծրագիր-Հայաստան» (ՊՏԱԾ-Հ) ծրագրի կողմից, որի շրջանակներում աջակցություն է ցուցաբերվում նաև կենսաբազմազանության պահպանության վրա ուղղակի ազդեցություն ունեցող Սյունիքի մարզի պետական կառույցներին:
Բնապահպանության նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանն իր խոսքում կարևորել է անտառային ոլորտում մեկնարկած լայնածավալ բարեփոխումների արդյունավետ իրականացման համար նման աջակցությունների ցուցաբերումը։
«Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տարածքային կառույցների ավելի բարձր տեխնիկական հագեցվածությունը կբարձրացնի նրանց կողմից իրականացվող անտառների պահպանման արդյունավետությունը։ «Պահպանվող տարածքների աջակցման ծրագիր-Հայաստան» ծրագրի առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ բացի բնապահպանական բաղադրիչից, այն ունի սոցիալ-տնտեսական բաղադրիչներ։ Համաշխարհային փորձը փաստում է, որ բնապահպանական ծրագրերն արդյունավետ են իրագործվում, երբ համադրվում են սոցիալ-տնտեսականի հետ։ Ծրագրի շրջանակներում բնապահպանական կարողությունների հզորացումը համակցվում է համայնքների զարգացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումներով, որոնք նպատակ ունեն թուլացնելու ճնշումն անտառային տարածքների վրա»,- նշել է բնապահպանության նախարարը։
Բնապահպանության նախարարության անտառային կոմիտեի նախագահ Միքայել Մանուկյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել աջակցության համար, կարևորել այն՝ կոմիտեի գործառույթների արդյունավետ իրականացման համար և տեղեկացրել, որ նվիրաբերած UAZ PICK-UP ավտոմեքենան կկահավորվի հակահրդեհային միջոցներով, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա արդյունավետ պայքարելու հնարավոր անտառային հրդեհների դեմ։
