Արման Թաթոյանը Կաթողիկոսի նկատմամբ ցուցարարների թույլ տված վարքագիծը բռնություն է համարում
SOCIETYՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը հուլիսի 14-ի երեկոյան Վայոց ձորի մարզում «Նոր Հայաստան, նոր հայրապետ» շարժման ակտիվիստների` Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ի մեքենան շրջափակելու իրողությունը բռնության դրսևորում է համարում: Նա այս մասին նշեց հուլիսի 16-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը:
«Շատ եմ կարևորում համերաշխության և հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտի ապահովումը: Այդ գործընթացին ուշադիր հետևում եմ և արձագանքեցի անմիջապես` սկսած այն պահից, երբ հրապարակային տեղեկություն եղավ այն մասին, որ Վեհափառը շրջապատված է, արգելափակված է նրա տեղաշարժը, և սպառնալիքներ են հնչեցվում»,-նշեց Թաթոյանը:
Նա շեշտեց, որ ցանկացած պարագայում դա անընդունելի է համարում: «Անընդունելի է բռնությունը, իսկ այդ գործողությունները բռնության դրսևորումներ են: Դրանից հետո ես հայտարարություն տարածեցի` նշելով, որ գործընթացը մտահոգիչ, նաև վտանգավոր միտումներ ունի: Ամեն բան պետք է լուծվի օրենքով սահմանված կարգով»,-ընդգծեց ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը:
Անդրադառնալով խնդրի կարգավորման լուծումներին` նա խոստովանեց, որ չի կարող հիմա մատնանշել դրանք: «Ի վիճակի եմ նպաստել այդ լուծումներին այնքանով, որքանով կարգավիճակս է թույլ տալիս, քանի որ դա իմ իրավասությունների մեջ չի մտնում: Կոնկրետ այդ դեպքում չեմ կարող ասել` ցուցարարների գործողություններն իրավաչափ են, թե ոչ: Իմ մտահոգությունը չի վերաբերում չբողոքելուն կամ քննադատության ձայն չբարձրացնելուն: ՀՀ-ում յուրաքանչյուր ոք կարող է յուրաքանչյուր հարցի շուրջ իր բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացնել: Բայց կիրառվում է բռնություն, իրականացվում են գործողություններ, որոնք խախտում են մարդու իրավունքները»,-փաստեց Թաթոյանը:
Խոսելով ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ տվյալ հարցին չմիջամտելու որոշման մասին` Թաթոյանը շեշտեց, որ չի կարող մեկնաբանել վարչապետի գործողությունները, միայն կարող է նշել, որ եկեղեցին անջատ է պետությունից, և դա պետք է հստակ հասկանալ: «Այո, Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցին բացառիկ դեր ունի հայ ժողովրդի պատմության մեջ, և ես անհանգստացած եմ, որովհետև այն մեր ազգային արժեքներից է և ասոցացվում է հայոց միասնականության հետ, մյուս կողմից՝ կարևոր է խղճի, դավանանքի ազատությունը երկրում»,-եզրափակեց Արման Թաթոյանը:
Հուլիսի 14-ի երեկոյան Վայոց ձորի մարզում «Նոր Հայաստան, նոր հայրապետ» շարժման ակտիվիստները շրջափակել էին Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ի մեքենան, ով ուխտի էր մեկնել Գնդեվանք (Վայոց ձորի թեմ)։ Նախաձեռնության անդամներն արգելափակել էին Վեհափառ Հայրապետի տեղաշարժը։ Գնդեվանքից վերադարձի ճանապարհը փակ էր մեքենաներով և քարերով, նախաձեռնության անդամները սպառնալիքներ էին հնչեցնում։
