Արևելյան մշակույթի հետազոտող Վյաչեսլավ Ռուզովն իր հոդվածում անդրադարձել է հնդկական մտածողների փորձին և քննարկել այն հարցը, թե ինչ է գաղտնիքը և ինչի մասին պետք չէ բարձրաձայնել հասարակության մեջ:

1. Պետք չէ խոսել հեռուն գնացող պլանների մասին այնքան ժամանակ , քանի  դեռ դրանք կյանքի չեն կոչվել: Ցանկացած մեր միտք ոչ միայն կատարյալ չէ, այլև շատ թույլ կողմեր ունի, որոնց եթե հարվածեն, ապա մեր նպատակները կարող են ձախողվել:

2. Չպետք է կիսվել կատարած բարեգործության մասին: Մեր օրերում բարեգործությունը հազվադեպ հանդիպող երևույթ է, ուստի այն իսկապես պետք է գաղտնի պահել:

3. Չպետք է խոսել սննդի, քնի կամ սեքսուալ հարաբերությունների և այլ հարցերում ձեր սահմանափակումների մասին: Ասքետիկությունն օգուտ է բերում, եթե ֆիզիկականի հետ մեկտեղ գործադրվում են էմոցիոնալ ջանքեր:

4. Պետք է լռել նաև սեփական հերոսության մասին: Մենք ամեն օր հաղթահարում ենք արտաքին և ներքին փորձություններ: Արտաքինը տեսանելի է, ուստի ստանում ենք պարգևներ, իսկ ներքինի մասին գիտենք միայն մենք ինքներս, այդ պատճառով էլ առանց արտաքին ծափահարությունների ենք մնում:

5. Մի խոսեք նաև ձեր հոգևոր կրթվածության մասին, այն միայն ձերն է: Այդ մասին բարձրաձայնեք միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ դա հարկավոր է ոչ միայն ձեզ, այլ նաև ձեր հարազատներին:

6. Չպետք է կիսվել նաև ընտանեկան վեճերի մասին, քանի որ որքան շատ եք խոսում ձեր խնդիրների մասին, այնքան շատ եք դրանց հավատում:

7. Եվ վերջապես երբեք մի պատմեք դրսում լսած վատ բառերի մասին: Դա նույնն է, թե մտնել տուն և չհանել կոշիկները:
