POLITICSԱշխատանքի շուկայում պահանջներն անընդհատ մեծանում են, այլ խնդիր է, թե պետական համակարգում արդյոք ամենաարժանիներն են ստանում աշխատանք, թե ոչ:
Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով օգտատերերի հարցին: Մասնավորապես, օգտատերերից մեկը բարձրացրել է հարցը, որ հաճախ մինչև 30-35 տարեկան անձանց են հրավիրում աշխատանքի:
Վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ կա այդ խնդիրը, և՛ դա, և՛ գործազրկությունը մի գործողությամբ հնարավոր չի լուծել, մի քանի շթղայական գործողություններ պիտի լինեն: Այդ շղթայի մեջ առաջին հերթին վարչապետն ընդգծեց հետևյալը.
«Պետական մակարդակով կադրային բանկ ստեղծելու նպատակ կա, որտեղ աշխարհի յուրաքանչյուր ծայրերից յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, ով հայերենի է տիրապետում, կարող է իր հավակնությունները ներկայացնել այդ հարթակին, իսկ նա էլ կֆիլտրի ու կփորձի կառավարությանը ներկայացնել լավագույններին»:Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ պետական կառավարման որոշ համակարգերում հին իներցիան հնարավոր չի լինում կանգնեցնել: «Կան մարդիկ, ովքեր ասում են, որ 1-2 ամիս կանցնի և կմոռանան՝ ինչի մասին էր այս ամենը, ինչի համար, կսկսեն փող աշխատել, կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներ կլինեն: Պետական համակարգում էլ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր հույսեր չեն ներշնչում, և մենք պետք է հնարավորինս արագ կադրային հեղափոխության համար հստակ կադրային բանկ ունենանք և կարողանանք մեկ օրում այդ հեղափոխությունն անցկացնել»,-ասաց նա:
Ըստ նրա՝ յուրաքանչյուրի ինտելեկտուալ ու պրոֆեսիոնալ մակարդակը պիտի բարձրացվի:
«Հայաստանում կա ոլորտ, ավելի միշտ 4000-ից ավել թափուր աշխատատեղ կա, և դա ինֆորմացիոն տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտն է»,-ասաց նա՝ հրավիրելով այս ոլորտում աշխատանքի:
