«Դիրքապահ» ՀԿ-ն հուլիսի 17-ին հանրահավաք եւ դեպի կառավարություն երթ կանցկացնի՝ բարձրաձայնելու 2016 թվականի քառօրյա պատերազմի մասնակիցների հիմնախնդիրները: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Դիրքապահ» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Մանուել Մանուկյանը` նշելով, որ հանրահավաքը կանցկացնեն Ազատության հրապարակում, այնուհետեւ երթով կշարժվեն դեպի կառավարություն:

«Տեսնես ո՞վ է էդ առաջին գիծը պահել, իրենց գեներալները կամ չգիտեմ ո՞վ: Հիմա էլ որոշել են,  որ ապրիլյան պատերազմին հազարավոր տղերք մասնակցություն չեն ունեցել, էդ տղերքն էլ որ լուռ, համեստ տարբեր տեղերում են ապրում, նրանց նման վերաբերմունք են ցույց տալիս: Պատերազմական փորձ ունեցող տղաներին նորից պետք է ընդգրկեն բաանկի մեջ, բայց հիմա անտեսում են, էսօր էլի մնում են 18 տարեկան անփորձ զինվորի հույսին: Հիմա եթե իրենք էդ տղաների համար պայմաններ ստեղծեն, միանգամից մի քանի հարց կլուծվի. ե՛ւ զբաղվածության,  ե՛ւ արտագաղթի կասեցման: Մենք այս հարցը կարեւորում ենք, բարձրացնելու ենք ու ժողովրդին ենք կոչ անելու, որ ստիպեն՝ էս հարցին շատ լուրջ ուշադրություն դարձնեն, որովհետեւ շատ վիրավորական է, որ փոխարեն ճակատները պաչեն, ասեն՝ դուք էս ինչ տղերք եք, ասում են՝ դուք բան չեք արել»,- վրդովված ասաց Մանուել Մանուկյանը, ով նույնպես քառօրյայի մասնակից է:

Նա նշեց, որ նամակ են ուղարկել պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանին, որպեսզի հարցը քննարկեն, սակայն իրենց մինչեւ հիմա չեն ընդունել:

Մանուել Մանուկյանի խոսքով՝ իրենք բազմիցս բարձրաձայնեել են իրենց խնդիրների մասին, սակայն ո՛չ կառավարությունից, ո՛չ այլ համապատասխան գերատեսչություններից իրենց հարցերով չեն զբաղվել:

«Ի՞նչ է, սպասում են հարյուրավոր տղաներ հավաքվեն, ցույցեր անեն, նո՞ր մեզ բանի տեղ դնեն: Տենց էլ կանենք: Վարչապետն ասում է՝ ցույցեր մի արեք, բայց եթե կառավարությունից մեզ պատասխանեին, մեր բողոքներին արձագանքեին, մենք էլ հավաք չէինք անի, իրենց ժամանակն էլ չէինք խլի»,- հավելեց Մանուել Մանուկյանը:

Նա վրդովված պատմեց, որ քառօրյայի մասնակից տղաներ կան, որ դիմել են զինգրքույկում համապապատասխան գրառում կատարելու համար, սակայն մինչ օրս ոչ մի գրառում չի արվել: «Դիրքապահ» ՀԿ-ի նախագահը վստահ է, որ տղաներին արտոնություններ չտալու համար են նրանց հետ այդպես վարվում:

«Կոնկրետ մասնակից կա, որ իր կողքը Ջաբրայիլում Լելե Թեփեի դիրքում մարդիկ են մահացել, դիմել է, ասել են՝ չէ, դու էդ ժամանակ մարտի դաշտում չես եղել: Սուտ են ասում, ինչ է՝ 50 տոկոս զեղչ են անելու, իրենց փողի պատճառով չեն անում: Եվ այսօր նման կերպ են վարվում՝ չհասկանալով, թե ինչ կարեւոր ուժ են կոտրում»,- ընդգծեց Մանուել Մանուկյանը:
