«Իմ ընկերոջ ֆիրման է, կրիմինալ չկա». Բագրատ Նավոյանը «կարգոների» գործով հարցաքննվել է
SOCIETY«Կարգոների» կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հարկեր վճարելուց խուսափելու դեպքերով ՊԵԿ-ում հարուցված քրեական գործով հարցաքննվել է գործարար Բագրատ Նավոյանը:
Ըստ ՊԵԿ հաղորդագրության, «Արմ Ընդ Ման» եւ «Սարգսյան Իմպորտ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությունների իրական սեփականատերեր Կարլեն Մկրտչյանը եւ Բագրատ Նավոյանը, օգտվելով ապրանքներ ներմուծելու եւ դրանք ցածր մաքսային արժեքով մաքսազերծելու իրենց տրված արտոնությունից՝ տարիներ շարունակ զբաղվել են Թուրքիայից, Չինաստանից, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություններից տարբեր տեսակի ապրանքների ներմուծմամբ եւ արտոնյալ պայմաններով դրանց մաքսազերծմամբ՝ այդ թվում՝ կիլոգրամներով: Ներմուծված ապրանքների իրական սեփականատերերը հանդիսացել են տարբեր ֆիզիկական անձինք եւ կազմակերպություններ, որոնք իրենց ապրանքների տեղափոխումը եւ մաքսազերծումը կազմակերպել են նշված ընկերությունների միջոցով՝ հաշվի առնելով վերջիններիս տրված արտոնությունները: Պետությանը պատճառված վնասն այս պահի դրությամբ կազմում է 2 մլրդ 600 մլն դրամ:
NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Բագրատ Նավոյանը հայտնեց, որ «Սարգսյան Իմպորտն» իրեն չի պատկանում, այլ ընկերոջը՝ Արսեն Խաչատրյանին:
«ՊԵԿ-ը եթե ստուգումներ է անցկացնում, Բագրատ Նավոյանին չի ստուգում, «Ալաշկերտ» ֆուտբոլային ակումբը, «Բագրատտուրը» չի ստուգում, այլ ընկերոջ՝ Արսեն Խաչատրյանի ընկերությունը: Տուրիստները գնում են «Բագրատտուր»-ով Թուրքիա, ապրանք են գնում, «Սարգսյան Իմպորտը» Երեւանում արդեն ձեւակերպում, բաժանում է: Նորից եմ ասում՝ դա իմ ընկերոջ ֆիրման է, այդքան բան, ոչ մի կրիմինալ բան չկա: Ինչ վերաբերում է հրապարակված թվերին, դեռ ստուգումներ են, այս պահին հայտնի չէ՝ ինչ վնասի մասին է խոսքը»,- ասաց Բագրատ Նավոյանը:
Նա հայտնեց, որ քննչական բաժնում ինքն արդեն հարցաքննվել է, այժմ էլ տուրիստներին են հարցաքննության հրավիրում:
