SOCIETYՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը նորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ֆրանսիայի ազգային տոնի առթիվ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հանրային կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասվում է.
«Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 14-ին, մեր բարեկամ Ֆրանսիան նշում է իր ազգային տոնը: Այն վաղուց դարձել է ոչ թե մեկ պետության տոն, այլ բազմաթիվ ազգերի համար վերածվել է նոր իմաստ ու խորհուրդ պարունակող օրվա: 1789 թվականի հուլիսի 14-ը, երբ Ֆրանսիայում եւ ողջ Եվրոպայում թեւածում էր ազատության ոգին, բացառիկ նշանակություն ունեցավ մարդկության հասարակական, մշակութային, քաղաքական եւ պետական մտքի զարգացման համար:
Ֆրանսիական մեծ հեղափոխությունը եւ նրա դավանած համամարդկային արժեքները գծեցին այն ուղին, որով անցավ Ֆրանսիան եւ ճանապարհ հարթեց աշխարհի շատ ու շատ ժողովուրդների համար:
Այն նաեւ բացառիկ հետք թողեց ազատության համար ոտքի ելած հայ ժողովրդի մշակույթի գրեթե բոլոր ասպարեզներում: Եւ արվեստի հզոր ուժով դաստիարակվեցին սերունդներ, որոնց պայքարի արդյունքը եղավ անկախ պետականության վերականգնումը:
Հայ քաղաքական միտքը միշտ պահպանեց հոգեհարազատությունը Ֆրանսիական մեծ հեղափոխության հռչակած գաղափարներին: Դրա լավագույն արտացոլումներից մեկն այն իրողությունն է, որ այս տարվա աշնանը Հայաստանը կհյուրընկալի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության 17-րդ գագաթաժողովի մասնակիցներին եւ երկու տարի կնախագահի այս հեղինակավոր կազմակերպությունում:
Լիահույս եմ, որ բիբլիական Արարատի հովանու ներքո գումարվող գագաթաժողովը պատգամ կդառնա նույն գաղափարները դավանող ժողովուրդներին՝ միասնաբար դիմակայելու ազգային ու կրոնական ատելության հողի վրա ծագող բոլոր մարտահրավերներին, որոնք այսօր թիվ մեկ սպառնալիքն են դարձել աշխարհի բազմաթիվ տարածաշրջանների համար: Եվ դա համահունչ կլինի գագաթաժողովի՝ «Ապրել միասին» կարգախոսին:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի եւ անձամբ իմ անունից շնորհավորում եմ բարեկամ Ֆրանսիայի ժողովրդին ազգային տոնի առթիվ եւ մաղթում երջանկություն, կայուն զարգացում ու նորանոր հաջողություններ»:
