Ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման խորհրդում կձևավորվի ֆինանսական աջակցության հարցերով զբաղվող խումբ

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ կառավարության կողմից հաստատվել է «Ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման խորհուրդ ստեղծելու, խորհրդի ձևավորման կարգը և գործառույթները հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը, որով կարգավորվում են ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման խորհրդի ձևավորման և գործառույթների իրականացմանն ուղղված հարաբերությունները:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին նախարարը գրել է Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում: 

«Առաջարկվում է Լիազոր մարմնին կից ստեղծել 25 անդամից բաղկացած խորհուրդ, որի կազմում հավասար թվով կընդգրկվեն հանրապետական գործադիր և իրավապահ մարմինների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և օրենքով սահմանված հատուկ կառույցների՝աջակցության կենտրոնների և ապաստարանների ներկայացուցիչներ: Խորհուրդը կգործիհասարակական հիմունքներով, կազմում կընդգրկվի նաև Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանիաշխատակազմի մեկ ներկայացուցիչ:

Իր գործունեության շրջանակում Խորհուրդը ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելմանբնագավառում պետական ռազմավարության, դրանից բխող ծրագրերի, օրենսդրականբարեփոխումների, ընտանիքում բռնության ենթարկված անձանց աջակցության, պաշտպանության, ընտանիքում համերաշխության վերականգնման մեխանիզմների, հանրության իրազեկման միջոցառումների և այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններիներկայացնելու հնարավորություն կունենա:

Նախատեսվում է խորհրդի կազմում ձևավորել նաև ընտանիքում բռնության ենթարկվածանձանց ֆինանսական աջակցության տրամադրման հարցերով զբաղվողբազմամասնագիտական խումբ, որը կքննարկի և խորհրդի նախագահին կներկայացնիընտանիքում բռնության ենթարկված անձանց ֆինանսական աջակցության տրամադրմանառաջարկներ:

Խորհուրդը կարող է դառնալ արդյունավետ մեխանիզմ, որը կաջակցի ոլորտում իրականացվողպետական քաղաքականության մշակման և դրա իրականացման գործընթացներիհամակարգմանը, կապահովի պետական մարմինների և քաղաքացիական հասարակությանմիջև կապն ու համագործակցությունը»,-  գրել է Մանե Թանդիլյանը:
