SOCIETYՀունիսի 28-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ չորրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի վարույթ է ընդունվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության զորքերի N զորամասի հրամանատարի կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով յուրացում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ԱԱԾ-ում հարուցված քրեական գործը և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ոստիկանության օրվա կապակցությամբ՝ ՀՀ ՈԶ N զորամասի անձնակազմը պետք է պարգևատրվեր մինչև մեկ պաշտոնական դրույքաչափով:
Տեղեկանալով այդ մասին՝ զորամասի հրամանատարը ֆինանսական ծառայության պետին հայտնել է զորամասի թվով 8 ենթասպաների անուններ՝ առավել բարեխիղճ ծառայելու համար 93.000 դրամ գումարի չափով դրամական պարգևավճարներ տալու նպատակով։
Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ մայիսի սկզբին, երբ փոխանցվել են նշված գումարները, գնդապետն իր վարորդին փոխանցել է, որ վերջինից, միաժամանակ մնացած ենթասպաներից, ում 93.000 դրամ է փոխանցվել, անհրաժեշտ է հավաքել 52.000-ական դրամ գումար և փոխանցել իրեն՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե， իբր， տեղի է ունեցել սխալմունք և նրանք պետք է պարգևատրվեին 41.000-ական դրամ գումարով: Հաջորդ օրը, վարորդը գնդապետին է փոխանցել հավաքված ընդհանուր 416.000 դրամ գումարը:
Հուլիսի 12-ին գնդապետի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը, և վերջինս հարցաքննվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով նախատեսված՝ պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով խարդախություն կատարելու կասկածանքի շուրջ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
