Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը բարձրացնում է գները. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրերս խմբագրություն դիմած քաղաքացիները դժգոհում էին, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին պատկանող «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնում բարձրացել են ծառայությունների գները: Այն էլ՝ մոտ 20 տոկոսով: «Էս էլ հեղափոխության օգուտը: Սրանց բերեցին օրինական դաշտ, հիմա էդ քսան տոկոսներն էլ մեր ջանից են հանում»,-կեսլուրջ-կեսկատակ ասում էր մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը: Սակայն պարզվում է, որ բուժհաստատությունները ԱԱՀով չեն հարկվում, ինչի մասին են վկայում նաև նշյալ կենտրոնի կողմից տրված կտրոնները, ուր ԱԱՀ տողում գրված է 0: Այսինքն, թանկացումների պատճառները շատ ավելի խորքային են: Վերադառնալով գներին, նշենք, որ, ի մասնավորի, վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում մեկ օր մնալու համար նախկին 40.000 դրամի փոխարեն հիմա վճարում են 50.000 դրամ, նույն համամասնությամբ թանկացել են նաև որոշ հետազոտությունների, ինչպես նաև բուժման գները: Ի դեպ, ուշագրավ է, որ այստեղ ոչ վիրահատական բուժման վճարը ոչ թե հաստատագրված է, այլ օրական կտրվածքով, ասենք՝ օրը 25.000 դրամ՝ նախկին 20.000-ի փոխարեն՝ ընդհանուր պալատում: Քանի օր կմնա հիվանդը, այնքան էլ կվճարի:
Թե ինչու են բարձրացել գները, փորձեցինք պատասխան ստանալ «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնից: Մի կերպ գտան մեկին, ով կարող է պատասխանել, վերջինս խնդրեց գրավոր ուղարկել հարցը, ուղարկեցինք: Անցել է մի քանի օր, իսկ պատասխան չկա: Երևի դժվար է պատասխանել՝ իրոք գները բարձրացե՞լ են, թե՞ ոչ: Կարծում ենք՝ ավելի դժվար է պատասխանել երկրորդ հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ են բարձրացել...
