«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ժամանակին, երբ հոկտեմբերիկներին, պիոներներին կամ կոմսոմոլներին ուզում էին ոգևորել, նրանց մի փոքր, աննշան գործ էին վստահում, բայց ինչպիսի պաթոսով, ինչպիսի ոգեշնչմամբ. «Մենք հպարտանում ենք քեզանով», «Հայրենիքը չի մոռանա քո ծառայությունները», «Քեզ վստահված է ամենապատասխանատու գործը», «Համոզված ենք՝ երբեք չես հիասթափեցնի» և այլն, և այլն: Իսկ չափազանց պատասխանատու գործն այն էր, որ ասենք, թմբուկը տեղափոխեր դահլիճ, պատի թերթի համար մի թղթակցություն գրեր... Իսկ եթե մի փոքրիկ խմբի համակարգող նշանակեին, այդ ժամանակ դժվար չէ պատկերացնել, թե ինչպես էր շտկվում մեջքը, աչքերի մեջ ինչ փայլ էր առաջանում: Սա, իհարկե, մրցակցություն էր խթանում: Սակայն դրա հետ միասին ցավալիորեն ի հայտ էին գալիս մեծամտության, մյուսներին վերևից նայելու հատկանիշները:

Հիմա այդ պիոներկոմերիտական գործելաոճը, որ վերջին մի քանի տարիներին ուշագրավ թափ էր հավաքում կամավորական աշխատանքի տեսքով, առավել ընդգծված է դառնում պետական կառավարման որոշ կառույցներում ու իշխանության եկած անձի կուսակցության մեջ: Բավական է մեկին մի թեթև, մի աննշան, բայց պատասխանատվության նշույլներ պարունակող հանձնարարություն տրվի, էլ չենք խոսում պաշտոնիկի մասին, մնացած բոլորս այդ մեկի աչքին դառնում ենք աննշան մժեղներ, ու ենթադրենք մի կամավորական կարող է իրեն թույլ տալ զանգահարել խմբագրույուն ու հոխորտալ: Եթե նման պահվածքը այդպիսիների շեֆերի հանձնարարությամբ է, ուղղակի տագնապալի է: Իսկ եթե ինքնագործունեությամբ են զբաղվում, պակաս անհանգստացնող չէ. ուրեմն այդ շեֆերն իրավիճակին չեն տիրապետում:

Որտեղի՞ց սովորեցին նման ձևակերպումները, որոնք իբր դիվանագիտորեն, բայց սպառնալիք են պարունակում (անպայման՝ իրավապահներին որևէ կերպ հիշատակելով), որոնք անպայման խորքում ունեն միտքը, թե՝ տեսեք–տեսեք՝ մենք 24 ժամ աշխատում ենք, մենք ձեզ փրկում ենք, մենք, մենք, մենք... Իսկ դուք՝ անշնորհակալներդ, չեք գնահատում մեր տիտանական աշխատանքը: Սամոխվալովին հիշո՞ւմ եք: Լավ է, ուրեմն հասկացաք՝ ինչ ենք ասում: Եթե չեք հիշում, մի օր դրան էլ կանդրադառնանք՝ առանձին, հենց սամոխվալովներին...
