«Մոսկվա-Երևան» ավտոբուսի վթարման դեպքի առնչությամբ Տուլայում տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային նիստ

Տուլայի մարզի կառավարության շենքում այսօր տեղի է ունեցել նոյեմբերի 3-ին ժամը 02:12-ին Ուզլովայա քաղաքի մոտակայքում տեղի ունեցած «Մոսկվա-Երևան» ուղերթն իրականացնող ավտոբուսի վթարման դեպքի առնչությամբ գումարված համատեղ աշխատանքային նիստը, որին ռուսական կողմից մասնակցել են` ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարար Մաքսիմ Սոկոլովը, Տուլիայի մարզի նահանգապետ Վլադիմիր Գրուզդևը, ՌԴ տրանսպորտի ոլորտում վերահսկողության դաշնային գործակալության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Ասլանբեկ Ախոխովը, Տուլայի մարզի կառավարության փոխնախագահ Մարինա Լևինան, իսկ հայկական կողմից` ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը և ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, աշխատանքային նիստը մեկնարկել է մեկ րոպե լռությամբ` ի հիշատակ վթարի հետևանքով զոհված քաղաքացիների:
Նիստին ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարար Մաքսիմ Սակալովն իր խոսքում ընդգծել է, որ առաջնային խնդիրը շարունակում է մնալ վթարի արդյունքում տուժած քաղաքացիներին անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն տրամադրելն ու երկկողմ ջանքերի համակարգումը: Նշենք, որ ՌԴ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության կողմից ս/թ. նոյեմբերի 5-ին կիրականացվի հատուկ չվերթ` զոհված ՀՀ քաղաքացիների դիերը Հայաստան տեղափոխելու նպատակով: Հայրենիք կտեղափոխվեն նաև հիվանդանոցից դուրս գրված քաղաքացիները: Տուժած և զոհված քաղաքացիների փաստաթղթերի հետ կապված տարաբնույթ հարցերը կարգավորվում են ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության կողմից: Այս մասին ասել է ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օ.Եսայանը, ով նաև իր շնորհակալական խոսքն է հղել Տուլայի մարզի ղեկավարությանը դեպքի առնչությամբ օպերատիվ գործողությունների կազմակերպման և քաղաքացիներին անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար:
Իր հերթին ՌԴ Տուլայի մարզի նահանգապետ Վլ.Գրուզդևը հայտնել է, որ մարզի բուժհաստատությունների կողմից արվում է հնարավորը տուժած քաղաքացիներին անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնություն տրամադրելու համար: Միևնույն ժամանակ նշվել է, որ կուսումնասիրվի մոսկովյան բուժհաստատություններում որոշ քաղաքացիների հետագա բուժումը շարունակելու հարցը:
Նիստին քննարկվել են նաև ՌԴ տրանսպորտի ոլորտում վերահսկողության դաշնային գործակալության և ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության կողմից համատեղ աշխատանքների իրականացման հարցը` Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան իրականացվող ուղևորափոխադրումների կարգավորման ոլորտում:
Վթարի դեպքի առնչությամբ տեղում անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքների կազմակերպման և հաջորդիվ բուժօգնության տրամադրման վերաբերյալ զեկույցով հանդես է եկել նաև ՌԴ Տուլայի մարզի կառավարության փոխնախագահ Մարինա Լևինան:
