INTERVIEW«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս օրերին շարունակում են նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ քննարկումները: Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի` խոսվում է ԱԺ–ում կանանց տրվող հատուկ քվոտաների թվի բարձրացման մասին:
Վարչապետին առընթեր ընտրական օրենսդրության բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովի քարտուղար Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը նշել է, որ Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը հորդորել է ապահովել կանանց 40 տոկոս մասնակցություն: «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Շաքե Իսայանը «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց` շատ ավելի լավ կլիներ, որ կանանց` քաղաքականության մեջ ներգրավման խնդիրն առանց քվոտավորման լուծվեր: Սակայն, ըստ մեր զրուցակցի, փորձը հակառակն է ցույց տվել: «Գործող օրենքում ամրագրված 25 տոկոսի դեպքում անգամ այսօր մենք ունենք կանանց 18 տոկոս ներկայություն, ինչը չի համապատասխանում մեր երկրի ստանձնած մի շարք պարտավորություններին: ՏԻՄ համակարգում կանանց մասնակցության կտրուկ նվազում կա, քանի որ չկա քվոտավորում»,– շեշտում է պատգամավորը: Մեր զրուցակիցը և իր քաղաքական ուժը` «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը, խնդիր են տեսնում` կապված այն հարցի հետ, թե խորհրդարանում ներկայացված 40 տոկոս կանանցից որքա՞նը կունենան բավարար պատրաստվածություն: Շաքե Իսայանը դեմ է այն կարծիքին, թե մենք չունենք այդքան կին մասնագետ, քանի որ հասարակական ոլորտում նրանց թիվը շատ է: «Այնպես չէ, որ բոլոր տղամարդիկ արհեստավարժ են և հանդես են գալիս օրենսդրական հրաշալի նախաձեռնություններով: Կանանց դեպքում մոտեցումն ավելի խիստ է»,–նկատում է Իսայանը: Պատգամավորն ընդգծում է, որ քվոտավորումն իրեն անձնական անհարմարավետություն է պատճառում, բայց քաղաքական դաշտում դեռ չկա այն վիճակը, որ առանց դրա հնարավոր լինի ապահովել կանանց պատշաճ մասնակցություն: Մեր զրուցակիցը չցանկացավ ասել` այսօրվա ԱԺ– ում կանա՞յք, թե՞ տղամարդիկ են առավել արհեստավարժ, բայց հույս հայտնեց, որ մոտ է այն օրը, երբ քվոտավորման հարկ չի լինի:
