ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախկին անձնական վարորդ, 59-ամյա Նոել Նինտրոնը դիմել է Նյու Յորքի դատարան՝ պահանջելով փոխհատուցել ավելի քան 3 հազար ժամ չվարձատրված արտաժամյա աշխատանքը: Այս մասին հայտնում էAssociated Press գործակալությունը:

Հայցվորի կարծիքով՝ Trump Organization-ը, որն այս գործով ամբաստանյալն է, չի վարձատրել իրեն վճարվելիք 170 հազար դոլարը:

Դատարան ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի համաձայն՝ Սինտորնը 1996-2016 թվականներին աշխատել է որպես Թրամփի անձնական վարորդը: Նախագահի թեկնածու դառնալուց հետո Թրամփին վարորդ է առաջարկվել ԱՄՆ-ի Գաղտնի ծառայության աշխատակիցներից:

Սինտրոնի պնդմամբ՝ իր աշխատանքային օրը սկսվում էր ժամը 07:00-ին և շարունակվում մինչև այն պահը, երբ Թրամփը, նրա ընտանիքի անդամներից մեկը կամ գործընկերները բաց էին թողնում նրան: Արդյունքում, վարորդի խոսքով, ինքն աշխատել է շաբաթական առնվազն 50-55 ժամ՝ փոխհատուցում չստանալով արտաժամյա աշխատանքի համար:

 
 



20 տարվա ընթացքում Թրամփի անձնական վարորդի արտաժամյա աշխատանքը գերազանցել է հայցում ներկայացված 3.300 ժամը, սակայն, Նյու Յորք նահանգի օրենքների համաձայն, այս տեսակի գործերում հայցերի հնության ժամկետը չի կարող լինել ավելի քան 6 տարի: 

Trump Organization-ն իր հերթին պաշտոնական հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ հաղորդելով, որ Թրամփի անձնական վարորդի աշխատանքի վարձատրությունն իրականացվել է ամբողջությամբ օրենքին համապատասխան: ԱՄՆ նախագահի ընկերությունը նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ դատարանը լիովին կվերականգնի իր հեղինակությունը:
