«Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի փոփոխությունը կկարգավոր տարկետման իրավունքով ԲՈՒՀ ընդունված, բայց 18 տարին չլրացած երիտասարդների տարկետման իրավունքի խնդիրը
SOCIETYԱզգային ժողովի առաջիկա արտահերթ նիստին կքննարկվի «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի փոփոխության հարցը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական հավաքակայանում կազմակերպված ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Գաբրիել Բալայանը։
«Առաջարկը եղել է ԱԺ պաշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության եւ ներքին գործերի մշտական հանձնաժողով կողմից, որը մեզ համար շատ ողջունելի էր: Համաձայն դրա՝ առաջակվում է «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 25-րդ հոդվածում կատարել փոփոխություն: Ըստ օրենքում կատարվելիք փոփոխության, մարզային և Երևանի հանձնաժողովները կկարողանան տարկետման եզրակացություն տալ 2018-2019թթ. ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում այն ուսանողներին, ովքեր ԲՈւՀ են ընդունվել տարկետման իրավունքով, բայց տարկետման հնարավորություն չկար, քանի որ նրանց 18 տարին դեռ չէր լրացել:
Այս փոփոխությամբ, եթե վաղը՝ հուլիսի 11-ին, ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստի ժամանակ ընդունվի նշված փոփոխությունն, ապա տարկետում ձևակերպելու հնարավորություն կստեղծվի: Այսինքն՝ մարզային և Երևանի հանձնաժողովները կներկայացնեն իրենց համապատասխան եզրակացությունները, իսկ ՀՀ ՊՆ նախարարը, որպես վարչական մարմնի ղեկավար, կստորագրի տարկետման հնարավորության հրամանները»,- նշեց Բալայանը:
Եզրափակելով խոսքը, ՊՆ փոխնախարարն ընդգծեց, որ այս փոփոխությունը անձի իրավական կարգավիճակի բարելավման միտում ունի:
