Սարի թաղում տիրող անմխիթար ու սանիտարահիգիենիկ վիճակի մասին սարիթաղցիները առաջին տարին չէ, որ ահազանգում են: Ու թեև այն գտնվում է մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում, սակայն նրանց հոգսը մշտապես անտեսվածներից է եղել: Ի դեպ, քաղաքի սրտում գտնվելն ամենևին էլ չի օգնել, որ մեկի կոյուղաջուրը մյուս բնակչի տան բակը չլցվի, կամ ձմռանը` կյանքը վտանգելով չերթևեկեն: Սակայն, զարմանալիորեն, նրանց բողոքները մնացել են հենց` Սարի թաղի ներսում: Դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ, թեև այսքան տարի իրենց խնդիրների մասին ահազանգող բնակիչների հոգսերի մասին շատերը գիտեն, բայց պատկան բոլոր մարմինները դրանց «ոչ տեսել եմ, ոչ գիտեմ, ոչ էլ ուզում եմ լսել» տրամաբանությամբ են այսքան տարի մոտեցել: Իսկ քաղաքական գործիչներն էլ սարիթաղցիներին միայն ընտրություններից առաջ են հիշել, քվեն ստացել ու նորից մոռացել:

 Թաղամասի հուսահատ բնակիչներն այս անգամ արդեն որոշել են ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցությանը դիմել: Խմբակցության քարտուղար Վահե Էնֆիաջյանն ու պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն այսօր այցելել էին սարիթաղցիներին, Սարի Թաղի 5-րդ,6-րդ և 7-րդ փողոցներում անմխիթար և հակահիգենիկ վիճակին ծանոթանալու համար։

 «Խնդիրներին ծանոթացանք տեղում, որտեղ բնակիչները արտահայտեցին իրենց արդարացի դժգոհությունները… Պատկան մարմիններից պահանջում ենք խնդրին տալ շուտափույթ լուծում»,- Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի իր միկրոբլոկում գրել է Վ. Էնֆիաջյան։

 Իսկ Ն. Զոհրաբյանն էլ հետևյալ գրառումն է կատարել. «Պարզվում է` խնդիրը տարիների պատմություն ունի. ոմն մեկը, ով այդ տների շարքում իր համար «բուդկա» է կառուցել` կոյուղագիծը հանել, հունը փոխել և նոր ու անհասկանալի կոյուղագիծ է քաշել, որն էլ պարբերաբար պայթում է և ստեղծում հակահիգիենիկ ու վտանգավոր վիճակ։ Խնդրին տեղում ծանոթանալուց հետո անմիջապես դիմեցինք քաղաքապետարան, «Վեոլիա Ջուր» և առողջապահության նախարարության հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման կենտրոն, քանզի բնակիչները երեխաներին, ըստ էության, էվակուացրել են տարածքից` հնարավոր համաճակարից խուսափելու համար, ինչպես նաև` Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտե»,- գրել Զոհրաբյանը:

 Նա նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ քաղաքապետարանը, բնականաբար, իր «ստիլի» համաձայն, հայտարարել է, որ խնդիրն իր տիրույթում չէ և հղում է արեց «Վեոլիա Ջրին»: Այս ընկերությունից էլ ասացին, որ խնդրին ծանոթ են և անմիջապես վթարային խումբ են ուղարկել։

 Պատգամավորները տեղեկացնում են նաև, որ Ջրային պետական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչներն արդեն Սարի թաղում են և զբաղվում են խնդրի կարգավորմամբ: Պարգամավորը իր անձնական «բուդկայի» համար թաղի կոյուղագիծը փոխած քաղաքացուն բարեկամաբար հորդորում է նաև չընդդիմանալ և կոյուղագիծը վերադարձնել իր նախնական վիճակին։
