Եղվարդի բնակիչները փակել են ճանապարհը. Նրանք բողոքում են «Արմօյլ»-ի նավթավերամշակման գործարան կառուցելու դեմ
SOCIETYԵղվարդի Նատի թաղամասի բնակիչները բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում «Արմօյլ» ընկերության նավթավերամշակման գործարանի կառուցման դեմ. նրանք փակել են գործարանին հարող ճանապարհն ու պահանջում են դադարեցնել գործարանի շինարարությունը: Փակ է նաեւ Եղվարդ տանող ճանապարհը:
Նրանք վանկարկում են «Արմօյլ» հեռացիր», «Կանգնեցնել աղետը»: Ցուցարարները նշել են, որ սպասում են Բնապահպանության նախարարության ու ՏԻՄ ներկայացուցչին:
Ավելի վաղ «Նատի» թաղամասի բնակիչները հանդես էին եկել հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ նշել էին. «Երեւան քաղաքից ընդամենը մի քանի կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա, 100 հա բերքատու ծառերի այգիների կողքին «Արմօյլ» ընկերությունը նավթամթերքի վերամշակման գործարան է կառուցում: Էկոլոգիապես վտանգավոր այս գործարանի կառուցման աշխատանքները նախկին կառավարության ժամանակ դադարեցվել էին, սակայն ընկերության սեփականատերը իր համար հուսալի անցաթուղթ է ձեռք բերել բիզնեսը` Ծառուկյան Գագիկի հետ կիսելով:
Գործարանի կառուցման թույտվություն որպես այդպիսին չկա, արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, ոչ քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունից, ոչ էլ առավել եւս բնապահպանության նախարարությունից:
Բնապահպանության նախարարույթյանը ու բնապահպաններին պետք է առանձնակի հետաքրքրի այս ապօրինի շիրանարությունը քանի, որ դրա կառուցումը հանգեցնելու է էկոլոգիական աղետի:
Տարածքում են գտնվում էկո սննդամթերքի արտադրություններ, կաթնամթերիքի Անի գործարանը, ընույզի յուղ պատրաստող գործարանը՝ իր Լիբանանցի ներդրողով եւ ընկյուզի այգիներով, չրեր արտադրող մեկ այլ գործարան ու Կոնյակի ու սուրիճի գործարանները: Կոպիտ հաշվարկով վտանգի տակ է դրվում 500 հոգու աշխատատեղ , ջուրն ընկնում արդեն իսկ կայուն բիզնես նախագծերը, որպեսզի 200 նոր աշխատատեղ ստեղծվի:
Այս ամենինց հետո հարց է առաջանում, ինչպես է մեր երկրում ներդրողների մուտքը խրախուսվում եթե արդեն տեղում եղածներին չեն օժանդակում, կամ չեն թողնում, որ արդյունավետ աշխատեն:

Մենք բնակիչներս արդեն մի մեկ այլ նամակով դիմել ենք լրատվամիջոցներին, նրանց ուշադրությունը սեւեռելով այս բնապահպանական աղետի վրա հետագա շինարարությունը կանխելու ու վտանգից խուսափելու համար:
Կառուցվող գործարանից մի քանի մետր այն կողմ նաեւ գազի լցակայն կա, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ գործարանը կառուցվել է ոչ թույլատրելի չափանիշներով: Թե ինչ են մտածում պատկան մարմինները, այս հարցի շուրջ (ԱԻՆ), ոչ մի տեղեկատվություն այս մասով»:
