SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով, այսօր, հուլիսի 7-ին, ժամը 03:00-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել Նազիկ Ամիրյանի կողմից, որ անհայտ անձինք Կոտայքի մարզի Գառնիի սարից գողանում են իրեն պատկանող գառները:
Կարճ ժամանակ անց ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն է ահազանգել Խազալ Հասանյանը և հայտնել, որ գիշերը ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, Գառնի վարչական շրջանի սարերում իր տնակի մոտ են եկել «Նիվա» և «ԿԱՄԱԶ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներ, որտեղ գտնվող անձինք եղել են դիմակավորված, իսկ «Նիվայի» վարորդի ձեռքին էլ եղել է կացին:
Խ. Հասանյանը հայտնել է, որ կացինով զինված անձը սպառնացել է, որ աղմուկ չհանի, հակառակ դեպքում՝ առանց աչք թարթելու, իրեն կկացնահարի, որից հետո սկսել են հափշտակել գառները:
Այդ ամենից հետո նրանք փորձել են դիմել փախուստի և ՎԱԶ-2121 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի են ենթարկել մի քանի գառներ և ոչխարներ:
Նշված հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու, կատարողներին հայտնաբերելու նպատակով Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Մ. Վարդանյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, որի ղեկավար է նշանակվել քննիչ Հ. Վարդանյանը: Վերջինիս կողմից փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրօրի 175 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ, 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով:
Կոտայքի մարզի ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները տաք հետքերով նշված ավազակային հարձակումը կատարելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել Երևան քաղաքի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 52-ամյա Անդրանիկ Դոդորյանին: Պարզվել է, որ Ա. Դոդորյանը ավազակային հարձակումը կատարել է Կոտայքի մարզի Աղավնաձոր գյուղի բնակիչներ, 48-մյա Արտավազդ Ղազարյանի, 49-ամյա Ներսես Խաչատրյանի, Երևանի բնակիչ, 39-ամյա Գարի Ավետիսովի և Կոտայքի մարզի Մեղրաձոր գյուղի բնակիչ, 44-ամյա Արթուր Մնացականյանի հետ:
Ա. Ղազարյանը և Ն. Խաչատրյանը ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից հայտնաբերվել և բերման են ենթարկվել քննչական բաժին, որտեղ քննիչը նրանց լսելուց հետո նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրել ստորագրությամբ բնակության չհեռանալու պայմանը:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ Գ. Ավետիսովին և Ա. Մնացականյանին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Քննիչը որոշում կայացրել որպես տուժող ճանաչել Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչ Նազիկ Ամիրյանին, ով վերջերս կալանավորված գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի կինն է: Նա քննիչին հայտնել է, որ այս պահին չի կարող հայտնել, թե քանի գլուխ անասուն է հափշտակվել և քանի գլուխ սատկել՝ վրաերթի հետևանքով:
