Ոստիկանությունը ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության դեպքեր է բացահայտել․ երեք հոգի ձերբակալվել է (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողները հուլիսի 6-ին ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության հերթական դեպքն են բացահայտել՝ համագործակցելով ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի ու Մեղրիի բաժինների, նաև պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ։
Ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում մայրաքաղաքի Հալաբյան և Արզումանյան փողոցների խաչմերուկից, մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով Հայաստան թմրամիջոց ներկրելու, պահելու, իրացնելու և օգտագործելու կասկածանքով, ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին բերման են ենթարկվել օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներ։
56-ամյա Ալբերտ Ալեքսանմուջեմբարիասալիի խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել են պլաստմասե տարաներ՝ լցված թափանցիկ հեղուկներով։ Ըստ բերման ենթարկվածի հայտարարության՝ տարաներից երեքում հեղուկով լուծված է 500 գրամ մետամֆետամին տեսակի թմրամիջոց։ Դարչնագույն, սպիտակ և դեղնականաչավուն թմրամիջոցների նմանվող զանգվածները ևս հայտնաբերվել են Ալեքսանմուջեմբարիասալիի խուզարկությամբ։ Ըստ նրա՝ դրանք էլ հերոյին, ափիոն, մետամֆետամին և մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ են։
63-ամյա Ջաֆար Մարեֆատինի խուզարկությամբ էլ հայտնաբերվեց ապակե տարա՝ լցված յուրահատուկ հոտով հեղուկով։ Մարեֆատինի հայտնածով՝ դա մեթադոն տեսակի թմրամիջոց է։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Ալբերտ Ալեքսանմուջեմբարիասալիի խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերված 500 գրամ մեթանֆետամին տեսակի թմրամիջոցը նա պետք է փոխանցեր Արսեն Խաչատրյանին։ Քրեական հետախույզները Երևանի բնակիչ 36-ամյա Խաչատրյանին ևս հայտնաբերել ու բերման են ենթարկել ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին։
Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Ալբերտ Ալեքսանմուջեմբարիասալին, Ջաֆար Մարեֆատին և Արսեն Խաչատրյանը ձերբակալվել են։
