Այսօր, դատարանի որոշմամբ կալանավորվեց ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անվտնագության ծառայության պետ Էդուարդ Բաբայանը: Թեև Past.am-ն ավելի վաղ արձանագրել էր, որ նման որոշում կայացնելու հիմք պետք է որ չլիներ, սակայն այս պահին ունենք այն՝ ինչ ունենք:

Ուշագրավը սակայն մեկ այլ դրվագ է, որին չարձագանքել պարզապես չենք կարող: Խնդիրն այն է, որ չնայած վարչապետի բազմաթիվ հորդորներին, թե դատարանները թավշյա հեղափոխությունից և իշխանափոխությունից հետո պետք է առանց «վերևից» հնչեցվող զանգերի, ուղղորդումների և պատվերի աշխատեն, սակայն դատարական նիստի ժամանակ պարզ դարձավ, որ դա այդքան էլ այդպես չէ: Զանգերով աշխատելուն սովոր դատավորները դեռևս չեն վարժվել ինքնուրույն գործելու նոր մշակույթին:

Հակառակ դեպքում ընդամենը մեկ ժամ պահանջվող աշխատանքը ժամերով չէր ձգձգվի և նիստն ավելի օպերատիվ ընթացք կունենար: Թե այս ընթացքում ում հրահանգին էր սպասում որոշումը կայացնող դատավորը՝ հայտնի չէ,  բայց պարզ է մեկ բան, որ այնուամենայնիվ նա դեռևս չի յուրացրել վարչապետի հորդորն ու պահանջը և Է. Բաբայանին կալանավորելու մասին որոշումը հրապարակելու համար նիստն անորոշ ժամանակով չէր հետաձգի: Այս ամենից կարող ենք եզրակացնել մի բան, որ դատավորներն իսկապես չեն կարողանում առանց զանգերի աշխատել, իսկ թե այդքան ժամանակ ում ուղղորդմանն էր սպասում նիստը նախագահող դատավորը, թող պարզեն իրավապահները, քանի որ մեր գործը միայն փաստերն արձանագրել է:
