Հայաստանում ստեղծվում են սարքեր, որոնք կարող են օգտագործվել պասիվ լրտեսական եւ ինքնանշանառման համակարգերում: Խոսքը ինֆրակարմիր (ջերմային) ճառագայթման գրանցման սարքերի մասին է, որոնք կարող են ջերմային ճառագայթումով օբյեկտի շարժման հետագիծը հաշվարկել եւ, համապատասխանաբար, հետեւել դրան:

 

Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին պատմել է ֆիզիկամաթեմատիկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի թղթակից անդամ, ՌՀՀ պրոֆեսոր, Ռադիոֆիզիկայի եւ էլեկտրոնիկայի ինստիտուտի կիսահաղորդչային նանոէլեկտրոնիկայի լաբորատորիայի վարիչ Ստեփան Պետրոսյանը:

 

Նրա խոսքով, ռազմական տեխնիկայում լայնորեն օգտագործվում են կոորդինատային զգայունությամբ լուսաընդունիչներ: Ցանկացած տաք օբյեկտ՝ թռչող ինքնաթիռ կամ շարժվող տանկ, 3-5մկմ ինֆրակարմիր տիրույթում ջերմային ճառագայթում է արձակում, որը համընկնում է մթնոլորտային թափանցիկության օպտիկական «պատուհանների» հետ: Այս «պատուհանները» թույլ են տալիս սարքերին մեծ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող տաքացած օբյեկտներից ֆիքսել ճառագայթումը:

 

 

 

Նման սարքերը լայնորեն կիրառվում են ինչպես պասիվ լրտեսական համակարգերում, այնպես էլ սպառազինության մեջ: Օրինակ, «Իգլան» կամ նման հրթիռները հագեցած են ինքնանշանառման գլխիկով, որում օգտագործվում են նման  լուսափոխակերպիչներ:

 

Պետրոսյանի խոսքով, այս փուլում աշխատանքներ են տարվում երկու կոորդինատորա-զգայուն լուսաընդունիչների լաբորատոր մակետի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ: Խոսքը Ռուս-հայկական համալսարանի կիսահաղորդչային նանոէլեկտրոնիկայի լաբորատորիայի եւ Ռադիոֆիզիկայի եւ էլեկտրոնիկայի ինստիտուտի  համատեղ աշխատանքի մասին է, ընդ որում երկու կողմերը ֆինանսավորում են նախագիծը:
